We’ve had the truck out on the highway and in town it’s a 70,000 mile tire very quiet and smooth on the highway a little rougher in town with the bumps. Called Discount Tire back, they took care of everything, including getting my car back, replacing the low tire for peace of mind (even though they determined it wasn't technically damaged, just a defect in the valve), and making it right with me. “I have an old beater truck we don't want to put a lot into with a hard to find tire size, I called Chilo's and gave him the size I needed and he called me back saying he had 2 and I could come look at them. Drove over there and woohoo they were much better than my almost bald front tires.He mounted them rapidly while I waited and bada boom I was out the door for only $100 and tge tires drove great.If you are just looking for used tires for your old beater make sure you give Chilo's a call.Now my old 4x4 will be useful with the 7 inches of snow they say we will get tomorrow.”

“It was my first visit here. I had a coupon for a road ready check-up. $139.99, and they did a great job with everything and informed me I needed brakes and rotars. Wasn't something I was prepared for, but ok'd the work. I hadn't expected to be there for additional work and had medication I needed to take but needed food. One of the employees offered to go a couple blocks away and grab me a cheeseburger so I could take my blood thinner. I wanted to pay him, but he graciously refused. I will probably call them because after leaving, my car was pulling left and previously went straight down the highway. They rotated my tires, so it is possibly a tire issue. I am certain whatever it is, they'll make it right. All the employees were very friendly and the place was well kept.I highly recommend Carx if you need any work done that is within their realm of expertise.”
