“Have always had great service with them. When I called to see why my prescription was being delayed they were able to answer me, onsurancr issues, and when I asked about pricing I was given a prompt answer. When I asked to simply pay for the prescription and have it ordered they did so without any fuss or attempts to make me wait for insurance. Really appreciated everything!”

Are they the cheapest pharmacy in my insurance network? No. Are they close? Most of the time.
So, why don’t I go to the cheapest? Well, Optum (which falls under the United Healthcare umbrella) changes things up a couple of times per year. I got tired of changing. The last change left me with the worst customer service I’ve ever had anywhere.
So, I came back here. Cheapest? No. However, they offer some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. It’s obvious they truly care about every customer. It doesn’t hurt that they are 2 blocks away from my house!
I’ll remain with Illini Clinic Pharmacy as long as I possibly can. It is worth it for myself and my wife.”
