Terrible pharmacy! Poor communication! Poor customer service! I had to take half of my recommended dose of medication because they claimed to not have received the script from my physician. I never received notification when it was filled. I had to call several times and even go up there. Corporate needs to step in. This is unacceptable.

I sent my father to buy brand name Sudafed for my sinus cold. I wrote it on a note, but he came back with their brand, "Top Care". We did NOT ask for their brand and they pulled a switch on an 83 year old man!

I would not recommend any one use this pharmacy. Not even once . not if your taking even getting aspirin to prevent heart problems. They are not reliable. Stay healthy , go somewhere else.

Lanie (I think is her name) is always great. I usually interact with her, and she’s why they are getting up to 2 stars. Tonight I had a lady with brown hair that basically shamed me for not picking up one of my scripts saying that it was returned and then just stared at me… first of all, sorry I was sick and couldn’t come get them? Secondly, what does that mean for me? Why would you just stare at me and expect me to know what that means for me? Spoiler- she must have only done it to shame me because after she realized I wasn’t having the attitude she said it would only be 15 mins. Additionally, she argued with me when I asked her to run my last good RX coupon. (There were three scripts, the last one I accidentally gave the wrong amount of the script on the coupon and asked her to try again). She said it wasn’t worth it for $.60 and that they would just get billed $7 again? Sorry, but you have no idea my financial situation and customers don’t ask you to help them out for $.60 if they don’t need it. I’ve never felt so shamed in my life for asking a pharmacy tech to help me out and do their job. Really unfortunate and honestly kind of hurtful. I don’t give you money to make me feel bad- it’s actually the literal opposite.

The Silvis Illinois Hy-Vee pharmacy drive through is the worst in the quad cities no parking slow about getting your prescription only room for 2 cars I hate this place

Waited at the pizza counter, no worker. Workers in the other sections just kept helping others at the adjacent counter that came after me. If there is no one to work there, don’t offer pizza at lunchtime.

I'm tired of Hy-Vee's way of running a store. They hire young people (that's great) but they know nothing. Ask a question and you get another young person (manager) who knows nothing. They will have 6 people in a line and won't open another line, while the head cashier (again young ) walks around looking at the lines while talking to another (young) employee. I found a worm on a bunch of cilantro, so I put it in my cart and gave it to the cashier(thinking I was doing the store a favor). She looked at it and incredibly said, "thank you, do you still want it?" I asked her, " why do you think I pointed it out and gave it to you?" Silence.........."I'm not sure?" Also, why have a happy hour at the bar/deli/restaurant and have NOBODY that is there to wait on you or know how to make a drink? I've sat there for 10-15 minutes and had numerous employees (young again) walk by me on the way to use the restroom, or come out of the deli and see me and NEVER say a word or ask if I need anything. The quality of service here stinks and it starts at the top! Btw- I saw a commercial for Jewel- if there's 3 or more in a line... guess what? They'll open another line! Hy-Vee has extremely high prices but extremely low quality of service.

Every time I have gone to the pharmacyI have had trouble and now they're telling me some doctor I've never had was filling my prescriptions yet they can't see that it was my doctor whose name is on the bottles is the one filling. My prescriptions.....feels like the twilight zone and I'm going back to Walgreen's where I never had an issue.

The last 2 times I’ve placed a bakery order there was not enough frosting around all 4 sides of the cake. You can see the actual inside of the cake. Also they have been very small in height. With frosting they measure 1 1/2 inches. They used to be 3 inches!! What happened? Please see pictures.
