Maureen and I are so excited to be a part of Empire. We love the concept of community living and everything about our apartment and the building. But, Rose, the manager, is the person who clinched the deal for us. She exceeds 5 stars! Never has anyone been more accommodating or helpful. She is professional and very sympathetic to our needs. When my parents moved in a few months ago, I breathed a huge sigh of relief. Empire has multi-layers of security, common areas of the building are kept spotless, and residents are friendly and welcoming. Thank you to the team at Empire for your hard work and dedication for a healthy and positive environment for my parents to live and enjoy.

My mom moved in a few weeks ago and she is so happy here. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Her first day she was invited to join other residents for coffee every morning. Rose is amazing and the moving process couldn’t have been any easier.

We are fortunate to be living at the Empire, a senior living apartment building. The apartments are beautiful. The building is secure, clean, and well maintained. There is a well equipped fitness room. Brayden, maintenance tech, takes care of any maintenance issues promptly. Rose, community manager, works tirelessly to make sure everyone is happy. The continental breakfast has something for everyone, fruit, cereals, hard boiled eggs, breads and muffins, etc. Rose plans social events for us that are fun and well attended. This gem is located in Silvis, Illinois. We plan to make this our home for a long time.

It has been a wonderful experience living at Empire. The apartments are great, granite counteracts, stainless steel appliances, full sized washer and dryer, fireplace, workout room, social room, patio with fire pit and gas grills, private garage. This is some of the amenities, but the one I appreciate the most is the security of the building. I know that if you are in the building you are a resident or you are a guest of a residentRose, the people manager, Braydon, the maintenance man, and Lillie, the dog manager are great. ( yes, we have dogs here and Lillie even organizes parties for the dogs).Rose organzies the greatest parties and works hard to keep the residents happy, feeling welcome and at home from day one.Braydon keeps the building running smoothly. You may see him in the SocialRoom, in the halls, working outside but you always see a smile on his face and a quick "how are you doing?"And even though Lillie is a dog manager, she is quick to say hello to all us humans and loves it when we pet her.The other residents are so friendly and out going. A lot of the residents gather at the continental breakfast and visit and laugh and enjoy each other's company.

Moved my Dad into Empire Apartments in Silvis. It was a big life change for him, but Rose (building manager) made his transition easy. She was helpful at every turn and made him feel very welcome in the building. She often goes above and beyond to make sure my Dad feels at home. The location was key for us as my Dad does not drive but enjoys walking. There are several wonderful restaurants within walking distance and Hy Vee is directly across the road. The apartments are beautiful and the common areas welcoming. When I visit I feel very comfortable in his spacious, beautiful apartment. ❤️ ?

From an extraordinary resident manager, beautiful and spotless surroundings, fabulous continental breakfasts, the fitness center, and the list goes on and on! What a beautiful over 55 community. Starting with Rose, the in-house manager, who made us feel so relaxed, as she interviewed us, gave us a complete tour of the very secure facility. Not only a new, beautiful apartment, but a awesome community room, outdoor patio with fire pit and grills, and Benny’s Pub and outdoor deck for happy hour. When we entered our first official day, a sign said Welcome Home Tom and Becky, and a goody basket as we entered Our apartment….,

I have lived here just two months, and I love it! I was very unhappy in my previous apartment due to several things. So I began exploring the internet for a 55+ living community. I found Empire Living through an add on my Facebook feed. It seemed like just what I was looking for. There are several different floor plans to choose from, which I think is a big plus. Different people are looking for different things in a home. Having an on-site manager who actually lives here is another big plus. And, in my opinion, she is the best manager ever! She is always pleasant and helpful, and has a big smile for everyone! She plans a variety of events for us to take advantage of every month. I always look forward to getting my next month's calendar to see what exciting things are scheduled. Included in our rent is a continental breakfast Monday-Friday; valet trash pick-up Mondays and Thursdays; high-speed internet; water, sewer and trash pick-up; an attached garage. There is also a Social Room, Benny's Pub Room, Craft/Woodworking Room, Gardening Room, a patio with gas grills, a fire pit, and lawn furniture, plus an exercise room all available for our use. This is a truly wonderful place to call home, and I am so thankful that I found it. I am looking forward to spending many years here!

I am completely surprised this place has 4.6 stars. If your looking for a prison center where you can't even enjoy your retirement days this is the place for you. The tenants and amenities are great - The property manager is an absolute terror. I have been here for a short time and have watched 4 other tenants (who have been here less then 6 months vacate because of this woman)... the owners have been made aware but PLEASE... this woman will not allow visitors or grandchildren... she claims that she will but then once your 14 days end she will send eviction notices... we're working with the owners to have her removed... but trust me. As of this day ... she's running a prison here. Stay away from EMPIRE

One of a kind clean, safe, quiet place for 55 and older adults. We moved my father in law to Empire a few weeks ago. We couldn’t be happier to have him there. The manager Rose is wonderful. We love knowing he is in a place with multiple activities for him to participate in. Rose is engaged with the community which provides us with an extra piece of mind. This is a one of a kind place for the Illinois Quad Cities.

What a great place! My dad moved in just about 2 weeks ago and is loving it here! Great space, fantastic apartment, nice secure building with a garage and direct access into the building!Everyone I have met while I’ve been over visiting my dad has been so nice! Rose has been wonderful and very welcoming to my dad and all of us.The amenities are amazing! Benny’s Pub, a community room, a continental breakfast during the week, plus the woodworking room, a garden room and outdoor gardens and grill area with a fire pit!Can’t wait to enjoy Happy Hour with my dad!If you’re interested, you’ll have to check it out for yourself, the pictures honestly don’t do it justice!
