“Jake and everyone at J and R could not have been more helpful and thoughtful when repairing my wheelchair accessible vehicle. Unfortunately, circumstances didn't allow me to coordinate for accessible rental via my insurance, but Jake did everything possible to fast-track the repairs so I wouldn't be without transportation for a moment longer than necessary. They not only were able to get everything repaired much faster than originally anticipated, but it is legitimately better than new. It's quieter and looks sharp as hell!Thanks so much J and R!”
“Wow!! We are a big family on a road trip with young children. Our complicated van started failing us and we pulled in to check and see if we could figure out the problem. Mr. Gary, who was done with his shift and off the clock saw us in the parking lot and came to offer his help. Jumped our van... it started, but didn't even make it out of the parking lot... well... this angel of a man proceeds to help figure out how to gain access to the parts that needed checking, working in the heat, after his shift, simply out of the kindness of his heart! An hour later we were able to continue our trip and we will forever be grateful to our hero... Mr. Gary! Thank you!!!”
“Charles and Lisa are the nicest people ever. When my husband hit a pole in my car they took care of all the work and the hassle of dealing with my insurance. Lisa kept me updated regularly and when my insurance quit paying for a rental they provided one to me. After having my car back for a week I noticed a creaking sound and they took it back in and fixed it right away at no charge to me! I can tell they both really cared about me as a customer and wanted to help out as much as they could. I definitely reccomend them for an auto work needed. Pictures are of the damage my husband caused that they fixed flawlessly.”

“Guys got me right in . Offered to get me in same day but I was not able to make it . They called me and let me know what Was wrong before they started any of the work. They took care of all of the issues and even fixed a wire that was not on the original work order. Great guys and great service.”

“Umm as a person who travels a lot, I'm going to assume the lower reviews are from people who are checked into reality. They are a above beyond service company, and when our insurance failed to provide us with a tow they gladly took great care of us. The driver Joey was amazing to my wife, my service dog, and myself, and that's a understatement in my opinion. They arrived fast, they tried several different things to get it back on the road, and they towed us into the dealership and dropped us off at the hotel. And for the low costs at midnight on a Monday night, they're definitely worth using. 10+ stars for their speed, courtesy, and amazing recommendations for a great place to stay.”

“I cannot rate Northside Ford or AJ with the pre-owned side of the dealer highly enough! We broke down in the middle of a Sunday night on the interstate 5 hrs from home. AAA towed us to this service station and at 7:30 Monday morning we were waiting at the door. Our Nissan initially could not be diagnosed at the Ford dealer, however one of the mechanics had an excellent idea, and decided to take a look anyway, getting us on the road early morning. He recognized the issue from a previous job, and he talked through the issue that we thought we were encountering with us and let me stand with him while he was looking at the car outside. He was able to quickly find the problem and clean the sensor getting us on our way. North side Ford saved us from a second tow, I made an important meeting, and was able to avoid the rental car and hotel game for another night. Any chance I get to sing their (and AJ!) praises or give them business I will. Thank you!”
