Told me will take 5 minutes with the client instead they started flirting to each other for another hour,
Literally calling each other cute,he was asking private questions and she went with it priorly she mentioned having a family and kids, watch your wifes guys, when I came in asking for a simple question for a internet box return he told me to wait, once he finally got to me he said we don’t take returns waisted my time when he could have just told me that and had to listen to their chit chat. Horrible experience would not recommend

Auto system that answers the phone is broken... when I call it says press 1 to talk to a person, I press 1 and it says I made an invalid selection... says the same thing no matter what button a press

Today the great pros at Verizon Shorewood were heroes. They helped my wife and I upgrade our phones and then transfer our old phones to my in-laws (age 84 and 89). They dealt with four phones and did a great job with patience and professionalism.

I went to purchase a new phone trade in my old phone. I was I couldn't outright purchase the new phone, so I went along what the sales rep told me. I then told him I didn't want any social media apps on the phone, I also told him I didn't want any Samsung apps on the phone either. Well going through the process apparently he didn't hear a word I said. I then asked him why the apps appeared on the phone he said that it was my problem I would have to do that myself. He proceeds with the paperwork and only offers me $110.00 for the trade in. I then asked him about the promo and it didn't apply to me. Well while we trying to transfer the data my old was locked for fraud. I had to wait 45 minutes before we got into the phone. Finally everything was completed. This was almost 3 hours to get through the process. I left the the store, I was told it could take a few days before all the updates were done. I went to use the phone and found that it was locked. I went back to the store to see what cause the phone to be locked. I entered the store and the sales associate saw me and proceeds to tell me if I have problems I need to contact the company associated with the apps. I said that would be nice but the phone was locked. He refused to help me, I said if that's the case, I want to cancel the contract and wanted my old phone back. He told that was not possible the old phone was already gone. I told him I am not leaving until I get help. [Now mind this you, this was within a 5 hour period the same day.] He then told me I was no longer welcome in the store, and demanded I leave. I told him I was not leaving and if he wanted me to call the police. Then he got in my face and proceeds to to tell me he fought for this country and didn't have to put up with people like me who can't remember their passwords. And began yelling at me to leave. I am a military veteran, special forces served in Vietnam. I then told him to call the police. I will never visit this store again. Be wary of people who have anger issues. I am looking for a formal apology.
