Lazy, bitter, and incompetent staff.The only work they do is work to inconvenience people so that they don’t have to do their job. It’s all good because Karma; one day the same will happen to them when they really need to get a business matter completed and be inconvenienced to the point it won’t be resolved.

This is by far the worst us bank around. They only have one person helping people every time I come & if the customer takes 20min or more you are stuck waiting. Horrible horrible customer service. If you need a us bank go to the one by meijer in plainfield instead.

We get there to open an account for my son at 5:20. They close at 6. I was told that we couldnt open an account because there wasnt enough time before they close. 40 minutes isnt enough time? I was in and out with my daughter in 15 minutes at our bank when we opened her accounts. Terrible customer service!

The people at the branches are usually good but the higher you go the worse it gets. My business earned several rewards cards and the bank failed to fund one. Shorting me $500 and one of the department s running the program uses contractors to manage the cards. That department says the bank must first fund the card hands are tied. The bank says it is the responsibility of the contracted company to resolve the issue. This a stalemate leaving me holding the bag. The contracted company has admitted to me and the bank on a recorded line that a card was issued to me that was never funded, never used, never charged against and never replaced. Us bank still refused to do anything about it. I am soon to leave them for good.

I've been trying to open two business accounts for a month and I've been getting the run around. My THREE of my appointments after I arrived were given away. Staff isn't properly trained on how to even opened them. I would have rather them tell me that I need to go to another branch instead of giving me the run around and wasting my time. I'm highly disappointment in the lack of customer and professionalism. I will never partronize them again.
