Overpriced repairs! You better do your research before agreeing to pay them anything!!! Last time I use them, their prices change based on what they think you can pay! I made a mistake giving them a second chance!

4 Different conversations with 4 Different people 20 min on hold just to find out about getting a oil change. This place just sucks for customer service. Never again!

I have been scammed by this person who promised he would be sending parts to the EU. kept making up costs. For example a stampage fee that FedEx told him to pay 'over the phone because they're good friends'. when i asked to clarify the cost through an invoice from FedEx or something else, he would tell me i need to trust him and would act dumb to avoid further questions. In the end he doesn't want to send my money back which he has now stolen, and won't answer my messages anymore.

Tyson is do deceiving. I took my car in on a Monday to get an electrical problem fixed. They said it would be a couple days to get the part. I would have my car back by the end of the week.... LIES. The plant where the part is coming from is on strike and they cannot ship out orders. Everyday we have called to check the update and they kept telling us there were still waiting on the part. No mention of the STRIKE going on. I have been without my car for OVER A WEEK!!! Do you have any idea how BIG of an inconvenience that has been???? Today the tell us about the situation and we MIGHT get our car back by the 11th....If they could get 0 stars I would. Be truthful... Instead we have been just waiting it out. My patience has run out with Tyson.UPDATE: Went to pick up my car yesterday and when I dropped the vehicle off I told them several times to not leave the batteries connected. It will kill them and we JUST replaced both of them a week prior ($400). Well no one got that message and went to get the vehicle and both batteries DEAD. I left my husband with the car because I had to return to work. They could not jump the car. He was told to leave it another night. Turns out one of the new batteries needs to be replaced. This place is ridiculous. NEVER again with this place. They are terrible. Alost 2 weeks later.... No Car, still not fixed, and now we have to deal with ANOTHER dead battery.

The service technician was very friendly and accommodating. Even with no appointment, they got me in there immediately to address my blown radiator. A+ … my only gripe is that the hourly labor cost is astronomical. But i guess it is what it is these days..

I was working with the service manager named Chris in his service writer named Michael. If I could give less than a 1 I would. The people over here are truly scam artist. They didn't diagnose my problem but yet they charged $189 for a diagnostic fee. They typed a bogus work order of what was done. When he said he couldn't recreate the problem. While mentioning six other cars had the same problem this week that they couldn't fix. Don't apply for a position there nor have your car fix there please, I beg of you!!!!!!!!

Never take your vehicle here! Went there for power train warranty work, for Chrysler remanufactured v6 engine, which was leaking oil from the valve head, after four days of driving. The service writer was curt from the get-go. As soon as he heard power train warranty, I was told they won't cover it and his Director would have to look at it, but very busy, and didn't how long. I was then ignored (dismissed).Went to Bettenhausen Dodge and was welcomed with open arms! They will honor the power train warranty and are on it.From the comments I've read on Yelp, this dealership is pretty bad.I'd leave -0 stars if I could.

With my busy schedule the service department at Tyson was able to get me in for an oil change quick. Make sure to ask about their oil change packages. They are a great deal and will save you some money.

Have purchased our last 3 vehicles from here. Was referred to by a friend. Our daughter has purchased her car from here as well. The customer service is beyond good. The staff goes above and beyond to please the customer. Service Department is prompt and very friendly. I would highly recommend this dealership.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!Took my Jeep for an oil change and tire rotation and have a service agreement that was purchased somewhere else. They claimed they called but it’s taking a while to get the authorization. I called the service to get someone on the line and it took only 3 minutes to get an authorization. They never called, they wanted me to pay upfront and for me to send in the claim in which I refused to do. Bill was giving me an attitude and so I gave an attitude right back and he refused to take care of the service I needed. This DEALERSHIP has such a bad reputation!!!!!!!!! I then took my Jeep to a Mazda Dealership and had NO problems at all and was very happy to take care of what I needed to be done.

I traded in my car for a new car. I have to say this is the only dealership I've dealt with that didn't attempt to BS me or play games. Larry and Manny were true professionals and great guys to do business with.

We purchased a Jeep Compass Trailhawk in January of 2023. It was advertised with no accidents and Tim (salesman) confirmed this several times. After the purchase, we discovered hidden accident damage, that cost over $2,000 to repair. Tyson Motors has been unwilling to pay the full amount. Also advertised a remote start that wasn't included. Fraud!!

Rex did a fantastic job of putting me in the car I wanted and Larry from finance did an amazing job of getting me the right monthly payments i needed. These two are a killer combo. This is the first time I’ve ever been to a dealership where both just listened to my situation and fought to put me in the car I wanted. I highly recommend asking for both of them .The 10+ years of experience they both have speaks for itself.

Made an appointment the end of June. First appointment available was July 11. I was taking it in originally for a problem with Uconnect and the transmission. My car had not been driven in 2 1/2 weeks and when we tried to start it, it wouldn’t start. It seemed as though the battery was still working because the lights and the radio and etc. would all turn on. We were going to take it in the day before the appointment. I called them and ask them to add that to the list of things to check and had the car towed to them. I got a call from them saying they could not Diagnose anything I’d ask them to because the batteries were not working. That will be $189! All they did was put the batteries on a charger. Also, it will be $1000 to replace the two batteries. I had replaced one battery back in February and had a warranty on it. The other battery I bought for $120! Highway robbery! Unbelievable! My boyfriend said he would replace the batteries for me and we went to Tyson to get the battery out to return for the warranty. We were told we could not work on the car in their parking lot. We had to get it to the park and ride across the street to work on. They did say that they would try to jump it for us, and of course it didn’t work they couldn’t get it jumped before! Then we were told they, as a courtesy they would allow one of their employees to remove the battery for me. They removed the battery. I said if we get the batteries back right away can you finish the repair? Absolutely not! You have to make a new appointment! I already waited three weeks! OK so I made an appointment for the following Wednesday. My brother and boyfriend came to the dealership early Wednesday morning to put the two batteries in. The dealership worked on my car that day $189 again to tell me the Batteries were the problem on all of my issues! THEY DID NOTHING! I did talk to the manager and they decided to give me half off the diagnostic on the second visit. Only $95. When I came in to pay and pick up my car, they called the manager. He was very nice said to make sure and let him know if I had any further problems and they would not charge me another diagnostic fee. I felt that already been raked over the coals. I paid $300 for absolutely nothing! Oh, and by the way, when you get the Survey call will you please give us a 10! You’ve got to be kidding! Totally unhappy with this dealership.

Bought my first new vehicle here. I've been looking at several other locations and everywhere else was a nightmare with the sales dept. J.r made it easier to want to buy, he worked with me on what i was in the market for and didn't try selling me something i didn't want.
