I'm very disappointed with the lack of follow-up from TLE. My wife and I visited in November, filled out information, were told that we would be on the wait list that would be the perfect time for when our baby would need daycare. After not hearing back since our tour, we called back and were told our spot was not reserved.Not sure where the disconnect was, but I'm positive that we expressed extreme interest and that we were all in on this location. We both have been talking for months how we were excited for our baby to be going to this location.How can TLE close the gap so people who express interest, fill information out, and tour the facility know what the next steps are? Maybe a follow-up email? Maybe a call if the wait list is growing and they are still not enrolled?

My son has attended The Learning Experience in Shorewood for the last eight months, and I couldn’t ask for a better experience! Every staff member there is incredibly kind and supportive. I am so impressed with how well everything flows, the clear communication, and the warm/welcoming environment that we are greeted with every day. It’s comforting knowing that my son is so well taken care of while I’m at work, and it is also wonderful to see how much he is learning and growing each day. TLE has a great curriculum, and as a teacher myself, this is really important to me. I would HIGHLY recommend this school to everyone!!

We have been extremely happy with TLE for our now 2.5 year old who has attended for over a year. All of her teachers and center directors have been fantastic and truly invested in getting to know the needs of each child and family. Almost every teacher has been there since the day we started which has made the experience seamless as she moved up in classrooms. She has learned so much and I love how the curriculum has new themes every month with fun activities to go along. She comes home every day happy and excited to look at her pictures from the day with me that are sent through the app. Truly couldn’t ask for a better daycare experience!

Our daughter has been at TLE since she was three months. We love seeing daily pictures of her interactions in her classes and seeing how much fun she is having! The teachers communicate with us on how she’s doing and what new tricks she’s learned. Great communication and atmosphere! Every obstacle and transition we had to go through was so smooth and good for our daughter. We have nothing but great things to say about this daycare!

My kiddos have attended the Learning Experience for over a year now and we absolutely LOVE it here!! My son even asks to go see his teachers and friends on the weekends! They are all very loving, understanding, patient and very knowledgeable. I was nervous having my kids start daycare as I’ve heard horror stories about other daycares, but I could not have picked a better one! If you’re on the search for a reliable, safe, fun daycare, The Learning Experience is the place to go!

I have 2 children in TLE since it opened 2 years ago. All the staff and teachers are great, Very transparent and accommodating with everything. My kids love every teacher they have ever had. They have learned so much. I really enjoy the structured educational environment and activities they provide daily.

Since I enrolled my son in The Learning Experience, they’ve truly become family. It’s such a calm and loving environment. All the kids are always happy and the teachers always have something different and fun for the kids to do. No matter what age, they’re always learning which is my favorite thing about this school. I’m definitely happy that I chose TLE.

My daughter is in Pre-School 2 and also attended TLE for Pre-School 1. This establishment is amazing and I have nothing but great things to say about it and it’s teachers. The teachers are very welcoming, helpful and understanding. I can call at any time with any questions. My daughter has learned so much the past two years and her social skills have exceeded my expectations. She is always eager to go to school and play with her friends. The administration has definitely become like family to us and we will definitely miss them when it comes time for my daughter to move onto kindergarten. We love TLE!!!!

Our daughter started at TLE a little over a year ago and we were concerned about her transitioning from being home with us during the pandemic to being away from us at school. TLE immediately put our minds at ease and our daughter transitioned without a hitch. Since then, we’ve seen our daughter grow leaps and bounds and have full trust and faith in all of the staff at TLE. Their communication about our daughter throughout the day helps us know how she’s doing and every time, she’s fully enjoying her time at school. We cannot recommend them enough!

My daughter has been attending TLE Shorewood for a year now. As a first time mom, I was terrified to bring my child anywhere since she was always with me, especially with the COVID-19 pandemic. TLE welcomed all of us with open arms and eager to help our toddler learn and grow. She has learned more than I could ever expect while in their care. Now she can even come home and tell me all about her day. TLE plans fun activities for the children and we receive pictures and updates of their day on the app. I completely trust them with my child and know she’s going to have a fun and safe day. Every single teacher is absolutely wonderful but Ms. Karina, Ms. Trisha, and Ms. Bri have always gone above and beyond for their toddler room and we LOVE them. Also the directors, Ms. Kristi and Ms. Debbie are always there to answer questions and greet you with a smile. HIGHLY recommend.

My son has been at TLE for over a year, and he has flourished since the very beginning. He loves all of his Teachers here at TLE. They all treat him like their own. He has learned so much , and we really enjoy all the educational activities that they provide everyday. My son always walks out of school with a huge smile. :)

I love a TLE in Shorewood. My child is in the infant room and enjoys the teachers and kids. He is very well taken care of as well as loved by staff. I would recommend this center to anyone.

I’m so happy that I switched my daughter to this facility. She’s been going here about a year now and absolutely loves it. The staff is so friendly and informing about her progress. Wish I would’ve started her sooner!
