Hi standing in line here at Target waiting to check out they have all the self checkout closed! & 3 cashiers! Had plenty of time to write this review! & I'm not a fast person at typing! If you're worried about stealing! Maybe you should worry about people walking out of the door!

Had to call three times before it was finally answered by a rude employee. Was put on hold for a lengthy amount of time when I asked to find an item. I requested them to hold it for me as I was already on my way, driving all the way from North Aurora. This item was the last one in stock too. I’ve been to this Target location before and everything is always messy. Worst one in the area.

This is hands down the worst Target! Go to Plainfield location and you'll see the difference. Management at this Shorewood location needs to do better! The store is always out of stock of pretty much all grocery items. I was shocked this morning at how sad it looks and btw most of the employees are great! But clearly the store manager doesn't care about the store and it shows. Might as well go to Walmart next block. So sad ??♂️

I have shopped many times at Target with no issues and friendly associates always willing to help. Today I went to get an Easter book for my grandson and I found one book with the price shown on back of the book. I checked out and noticed my receipt showed a charge of $2 more than the stamped price. I took the book to
Customer Service and explained I was overcharged and the lady said we charge whatever it scans. I asked if they could do that and she looked shocked that I would even ask. She said you want to return it? I told her yes if it was not the stamped price. I am so disappointed not even with the price but the lack of Customer
Service. Maybe a response of I’m sorry the price must have increased but I will give it to you for the stamped price. We appreciate your shopping with us. One less customer for Target and I’ll walk over to Walmart.

Simple fact that they are unwilling to accept cash in the self-check out POS. I suspect that they don’t want to count tills at closing. That’s it. If crusty Walmart can why can’t Target. You’re better than this, c’mon.

took 3 return visits and a call to customer relations (About 4hours total in time) to get a return from this store full of incompetent employees. This and their policy to allow males who identify as females to use the lady's restroom is why I will never patronize Target stores ever again.

By far one of the dirtiest and most unorganized Target store in the area. And the employees are rude and they close the self checkouts 5 hours before the store closes and there were two employees standing there doing no work while there was only one cashier hustling to get customers through the one and only checkout. This Target sucks!
