I have a terrible experience with the staff at this location. I am currently outside the store doing this review.There are 2 young lad and a girl. They were very condescending and disrespectful.I called TMobile customer service and let them know.I will like to talk to the owner of the store so he understands how his associates are doing a horrible customer service.

walked in for a phone case and walked out with a smartwatch lol..Moe and Yazmin hooked it up with the promos and set up my watch for me. I definitely appreciate it.UPDATED:Girl.....Jazmin you scammed me! Signed me up for a tablet and a family plan! I had to call and cancel because they wanted to charge me like $180 ? I'm the only one on my plan. Also you said you were gonna order the screen protector for the smartwatch you told me was gonna be free and never did. I'm on the phone with T-Mobile and they're laughing cuz they know you scammed me. ? tryna up your commission. Zero stars mija, zero stars. ⭐? Moe I still think you're swell cuz you seemed oblivious to what miss thang was doin ?

I'm an existing customer. I came in for a new phone and was sold a Galaxy S23 Ultra. I was told I could get $800 over 24 months, which is the only reason I bought that phone. I was told I'd have to add a line, which I agreed to. A few days later, I went to another store for other business, and discovered I was only getting $400 and had to change my rate plan from Magenta Max to Go5G, raising my monthly bill. I did not consent to the plan change. I feel like I have been misled. Avoid this store. Go to the one by the mall instead.

Rith singlehandedly saved my marriage when our phones weren't cooperating with us. Man deserves a raise. Performed the most beautiful screen protector application I've ever seen in my life, and I've been putting on screen protectors on every phone since my Nokia fell on the ground and cracked my houses tile.Justin and Kimmy really did great taking care of everyone else so I could have Rith all to myself. 10/10

Worst experience I've ever with at a phone service. Traded my iPhone 11 for an iPhone 13 in under the impression I would be receiving a free phone. Was not told at any point I was agreeing to 24 months of service or I lose the entire credit for my iPhone 11. I have zero service at my house, I was without service for 2 hours today. I'm in a wheelchair and I live alone that is not something I can have happen. I went back into the store the day after I received the iPhone 13, i was told by Kim (brunette curly hair) that I could not return the phone or I would have to pay off the entire iPhone 13. I still had my 11 at this time so I said okay since I'm stuck with this service I will send my iPhone 11 in. I went to the Morris location to troubleshoot as I was getting zero service. I went back to Morris for a second time and at THAT point I was informed I had 14 days to return the phone. Essentially they steal your phone and force you to pay the entirety of the new one or you're stuck with a 2 year contract you did not agree to. (Also when I was buying the phone I was told the monthly bill would be $95, got a bill for $120 after I left because Kim added insurance that I did not approve so I'm paying more than I was paying at Verizon for a phone that does not work at all.) do NOT come here.

The employees in this store do not know what they are doing. I was completely misquoted on my phone bill. Have been trying to get ahold of a manager for 5 weeks and no response.Called corporate, this is not a corporate store so they have no responsibility.Do not waste your time and MONEY.

I went there today with questions about my bill. After about 5 mins , ( had computer issues) he told me that he could not answer questions about the charges on my account ( like if the total on the screen was correct or if my phone was fully paid off) it was a complete waste of time

I went in to add one line for my little brother and they added 2 lines. when I needed one they wouldn't remove the line said I need to call 611 to do that which make no sense. I used to work at tmobile for 3 years and they did it to increase there numbers. Thats a shame they need to cheat customers to make numbers. Then I went to pay a bill and they told me call 611 again 2 months later. I wanted to pay my bill early and the app wasn't working so I went in and they turn me away. I won't be coming back to this location again. I'll drive the extra 10 min to a better one that can help customers.

This location is the worst. I dont know why I continue to go to this location. Mostly because its closer to my home but I will drive the extra 15 minutes to avoid this place. I will never purchase a phone for myself or family from here.

First off..... customers service here is awful. The guy that walk out of the back sounded miserable while he was walking up to greet me. " hi how can I help you" in a tone of what the heck does this guy want. I asked him about trading in my phone and I spoke with a woman over the phone saying I was able to get 800 for my XR and he immediately goes "that's a lie". And proceeded to tell me that I had to upgrade my plan and that my phone is worth only 400. So I said ok what about the iPhone 11 I have on my plan. And he goes. Those phones are only worth 100 to 120. So now I'm confused and asked him where did the 400 come from then? He proceeded to tell me that it was for phones that were on a plan. At this point. I'm frustrated bc one I was told over the phone more then I expected. 2 -the guy working doesn't give two f*** bc I walked in when he was probably doing something "important". And three I get the sense of please leave because I don't want to deal with customers. Probably never coming to this one again. This T-Mobile is garbage. 90% sure I might switch over to boost mobile bc at least those people greet properly
