Truly one of the most exhausting experiences I’ve ever had to deal with as far as it comes to a grooming salon. I had called prior to coming in to ask for an estimated price before bringing in my dog because I wanted to make sure I could be prepared both cost effective and any requests they may have, while being on the phone I was quoted one price and once I arrive I was given another completely different price as well as was never told they need certain documents form me for my dog in order to do the service so I had to run back home and run all the way back to the location. even after expressing how overwhelming it was to not be told this information prior to bringing my dog the person helping me never apologized once.

Excellent! My 4 poodles are all retired Champion show dogs. When our friend, retired handler and groomer completely retired from grooming poodles, the task to find someone who took the time, expertise and made our 4 dogs look beautiful was what seemed to be an impossible task! However, now that we take our 4-legged kids to Stacy's, we are finally happy with their care and appearance!

What an absolute communication nightmare!! I've been trying to get my dog in for grooming since October. No luck. It's February. The reason why is because I was just told that he is "temperamental " and they have to perform "extra work" on him. Fine. No problem. But I wish this information was told to me 5 months ago so I could take him somewhere else. Instead I got a lecture from someone while I was in the phone with them!! Great business sense and customer relations!!! Good luck with your business Stacy. I wish you all the best.

Billie is exceptional! Our Husky and Mini Doodle love visiting with Billie. Billie always shows care and love to our furry babies. The entire staff and Stacy’s Dog Grooming is super friendly, welcoming and caring.

Just got back from Stacy’s Dog Grooming and couldn’t be happier. Everyone was nice, they were able to get White in quickly and the price is very fair. It was great hearing their knowledge of sighthounds so they knew their quirks which helped put me at ease. White is looking fabulous for her birthday, will definitely return. White isn’t good with strangers and by the time I picked her up, you could tell she was comfortable and felt safe which is very important.Keep up the great work and thank you

Called to make an appointment for my little shitzu and was told they cannot groom her anymore because she is too delicate and old. She is 13 years old and has been groomed multiple times, also at this particular salon. Never had any issues with her causing any problems. She is a patient, gentle little girl. She is just like any other dog except for her cataract surgery long time ago that she totally recovered from. No other medical issues at all. If you are a professional groomer, no dog makes you nervous. Especially a calm, old, patient dog. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend.

I just took my Corgi here and they were amazing!! They were friendly, helpful, and gentle! And the price was right! I will definitely be taking my doggie back here!

I took my Miniature Schnauzer pup here since he has all of his vaccines. Maybe about 6 months old. We had several visits and never were told there were any problems or issues with his behavior. Around the 4-5 visit we got a random call telling us to come get our dog because he was being aggressive with the groomer and clawing at her. I explained to the woman that we had never experienced issues with our dog. She said it was noted that he was muzzled and was previously aggressive- This was not made known to me or my husband. They also told us to come get him and left him half groomed and banned him all of a sudden. I wish they would have told me that there were grooming issues with my puppy so we could have been corrective and preventative. Maybe he could of got better per visit.

I was not in attendance, but I made the appointment and spoke to Billie. She was extremely pleasant. I explained to her that my dog had only been to a groomer twice in 15 years. Pepe (dog) would get so scared and start shaking every time we would go, so I didn't want to put her under that much stress. So Billie suggested Pepe come after all of the animals were either quieter at 330 or gone or sleeping; something like that. My son took her in and said "ma she is acting so good." It was a total shock to him. Pepe toenails had grown to touch her paws because they curled, and i read that the toenails could cut her paws and set up an infection. In my mind, I said lord if she survived cancer, and these sporadic tumors in her mouth, and on her leg, I'm not losing my dog to a toenail. Thank you, Billie, publicly for making my dog and our entire family comfortable with your service!!!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG to this place !!A friend of mine had the worst experience today at this place ! She took her dog for grooming and came back inside and heard a loud belt noise ! When asked if they had hit her dog person grooming didn’t know what to say or do !!! Your DOG will get beat with no remorse ! This is unacceptable and so wrong!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!!

Do not take your pets to this place. they ABUSE customers pets.Employee was caught HITTING a dog just because he was refusing to get inside a cage, and when confronted she had nothing to say for herself.

Chris is great with our rescue dog. He gets very stressed when away from us. Chris does a great job of dealing with him, and a fantastic job grooming. I feel he is safe with her. I have had previous experience at different groomer of dogs escaping out back door and running onto Rt59. I don't worry when he's at Stacy's shop. I have recommended store to neighbors and they are very happy with it.

Excellent small business! They took our puppy and trimmed his nails for the first time. They are very friendly and patient. I will return for future visits. He loves the cookie at the end.
