Brought my 3 boys in for a walk in and they told me to sign in at the register, which is fine I’m familiar with the process. This girl with short blond bobbed hair, her vibes were off already, she looked at my boys as if they were an inconvenience like we interrupted her break, took my 8 yr old first, my 6 yr old couldn’t wait to be next. Then another customer came in as a walk in too, signed in online. When this girl was done with my 8 yr old, ( she did a good job on my 8 yr old, I’ll give her that) my 6 yr old was excited to be next. Instead, this girl skipped my 6 yr old and called this other customer who came in after us instead. This made my son upset, even the other customer was saying we came in first but she didn’t care and told him to sit in the assigned chair. After she was done with this customer, she immediately went to the back to take her break. She was really rude. I didn’t get her name, didn’t care, gave a low tip at the end. Other girls were nice to my other boys. Just gonna go to the other barber shop even though it’s more but at least they have great customer service.

Despite the old low reviews, I gave this location a try to see if it was better. I HAD A GREAT TIME. Jessica has about 6 years of experience. She was fun to talk with. I got a free MVP upgrade for first time in their location us was also talkative with a child in her chair. The message was great too. It should have a higher scote.

My hair cut and vip experience was good. I'm going 4 stars instead of 5 because the girl didn't put much pressure at all with the scalp massage or the massage gun.

I have been to many different Sports Clips, and never had as many issues as I have had with this one. I should have learned after the second time, but conveniently this location is 5 minutes from my house. Although, this will be my last...Lets start by discussing the $31 haircut cost for a MVP. I get Bidenomics has ruined our economy, but WOW. Also, I NEVER even got asked if I wanted a MVP, Krystina just took my gown off and said "you're done pay at the front." So I guess I'm done and will pay $25 for you to do a quick "trim."To the haircut.. I asked for a 2 to a 1 on the sides and a fade. Let me also remind you this is in my notes... I got a 2 on the sides the whole way up, no fade. I asked for a hard part on the side, and got a tiny little line that my hair covers because it was not faded like I asked.. My bangs barely got trimmed and my hair is still just as long as it was when I went in.Last but not least, I got skipped in line for someone else to go ahead of me. I did not specify a stylist as I don't frequent this place due to horrible pasts, so that excuse isn't viable. This pissed me off more than anything before the terrible trim job even took place.In conclusion, you need to get your stuff together or you will continue to lose more business. I tried throwing them a bone because I didn't feel like driving 45 minutes to Frankfort to go to Men's Cuts Plus, but I HIGHLY regret it. Although, I do HIGHLY recommend going there and will remember to do so going forward. Also, it's $25 for a full "MVP" there and a MUCH better haircut. Any of the ladies do a phenomenal job there at Mens Cuts Plus, but Courtney is the best! Don't waste your time and money at this Sports Clips, look elsewhere..
