“Open on Sunday’s. Great speedy service. HALF THE PRICE of all other tire stores around. Our family recently experienced a flat tire on I-55, out in the middle of nowhere. We called all tire stores within in a 50-mile radius and most were either closed or told us there would be a four hour+ wait. We called the Walmart Auto Center and not only did they have the tire we needed in stock, but they were able to start working on our vehicle as soon as we arrived. Final price was about half of what was quoted by the other stores. We were so pleased with their service and help to get us back on the road!”

“THE CARS (FEAT. MIKE + THE MECHANICS) Like a greatest hits CD I'll never tire of hearing, speedy auto service at a fair price is music to my ears. Okay, so it's actually BILL + the mechanics who run a tight ship here at the Grease Monkey on Normantown Rd. This is an A-Team of friendly professionals that can handle almost any job, big or small. They can guarantee an oil change in under 30 minutes. Some sh*t happened to my poor Mazda a couple months ago and I had to have it towed for repair. Although it took a few days, they were able to replace a new ball joint and they charged me a reasonable amount for parts & labor. Fast forward to now, and I'm getting a standard oil & filter change. When they rang me up, I mentioned that the owner had said he'd "help me out" next time I came in. At first I got some blank stares, but after a few minutes of deliberation they came back and dropped the price from $101 to $86. This beat the $5 off online coupon, so I'm glad I asked. I'm not sure they topped off any fluids (brake, wiper) and my car's interior definitely hadn't been vacuumed. I already knew their car wash was out-of-order, so I didn't expect a sparkling exterior. On the other hand....I'd much rather save 15% on my bill and clean the car on my own time. * TL;DR * Honest, thorough, and they'll have you back on the road in a jiffy. If you need car work done, head over to Grease Monkey in Romeoville, not the Bolingbrook location on Boughton (who once fed me some pretty glaring misinformation about my broken-down car, requiring it to get towed a second time). As others have mentioned, Bill is a genuine dude. His team works TIRE-lessly to provide solid customer service, and in an industry where tons of people are overcharged and taken advantage of, you won't encounter that here. Great experience, I'll definitely encourage my wife and others to bring their business to this Grease Monkey.”
“Vince is an amazing person! He provides excellent customer service and truly goes above and beyond. The crew gets me in and out quickly for oil changes, helps me fill my tires up in the winter whenever needed, change lights, and super helpful. One mistake happened years ago on my car and they’ve taken care of me since.
Not sure why I took so long to get a car wash membership but for only $15, I just signed up especially since I wash my cars at least once a week! Thanks guys!!”

“Long story very short, despite appts made and kept I ended up one day away from leaving for our vacation with the vacation vehicle STILL needing an oil change and a replacement brake bulb, so my husband sent me here. It’s where he goes. Two of the nicest gents were on duty! Courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and very organized! A short wait, in my car, I worked while I waited, and then 25min later I was done and heading along for my day. Oil and filter changed, bulb replaced, battery status verified as acceptable for now but needing replacement before winter. The price was reasonable and explained with options before each step. No appointment was needed. I will definitely be going back for my next oil change!”

“I didn't plan on going there yesterday but turns out I left my lights on in my car while my husband went in to fill water jugs. It had just started snowing and I was in the car with my 3 year old toddler and 3 month old baby. They tried to jump my car and it wasn't working, I had both kids going nuts, both myself and my husband had just come off 12 hour shifts and hadn't slept. The guy who was helping us out ended up having to use his car to jump ours after trying 2 other jump starters. Seriously it was a HUGE help and cannot express how grateful we were to have their help.”
