He helped me to make my car safe to drive until the parts came in to fix the car, and he gave me updates anytime I needed them. Amazing experience! First time in a car accident and Bob was fantastic to work with. The front door was completely smashed in and the back had damage also. Now it looks like it came right of the lot! Beautiful work! This place is amazing. Been going to the same shop for years for body work and other diagnostic problems. Never came to Bob with a problem he couldn't fix. Superb quality and peace of mind knowing my vehicle is in good hands. Professional work with quality results. Love this shop!

I have taken my kids cars to Bob for various mishaps and the work has always been excellent. Care was always taken to make sure the work was done right. Never any issues with them working with my insurance company and the time I paid out of pocket the price was very fair. I will recommend Joliet Collision to everyone. Check out the waiting area it has a cool vintage vibe my kids loved it.

Be careful about using this place! My sister dropped off her car for an estimate (one of the recommended places from an insurance company of the party that hit her). While she dropped It off, the father and son were arguing that they will have a hard time with the insurance company and she may have to come out of pocket. That was shady to me as, it's the first few minutes of talking and hasn't even viewed the car that has very minor damage. She decided to go ahead and leave it and get in my car for a ride home.

The best auto repair shop around!! I will NEVER take my car anywhere else. My car always comes back perfect, literally perfect.... Bob & Danny are AMAZING at what they do and it always reflects in their work. I am also huge on customer service & they never fail to impress me with their above and beyond customer service! They are always very honest with me and explain everything thoroughly and patiently answer any questions that I have. To me, its very important to have a mechanic you can fully trust, and I must say, I trust this shop 10000000%. If I could, I would give this shop 100 stars.
