Upset with service at deli counter bad horrible helped someone who came after me and no one was there when arrived. Yesterday Tony's in bolingbrook walked out as only one person at counter. Marianos is best and will use them from now on. Other grocery stores need to learn from marianos. And no dunkaroos which is why I went here in first place.

Just had a nice experience at this Jewel, thanks to employees Laura and Kim W. Bought some plants to replace some ruined by drought. Both employees were so very pleasant and accommodating. Store is lucky to have such terrific employees.

Went to Jewel specifically to order flowers. They had a nice assortment, however no one in the dept so I headed to customer service and waited. When tan employee finally noticed me I asked for help in floral. She stated there should be someone working in that department and called over the intercom for assistance. After waiting in the floral department for a while I walked back to customer service to find no one there. I asked an employee that was walking by and she said she couldn't help me. So I waited longer and finally walked out. This took 45 minutes. I drove down to Marianos and ordered my arrangement and was out the door in less than 10 minutes. I'm done with Jewel.

Absolutely horrible with having my prescription in stock. 3 months in a row now and they were out. I am usually given a partial fill which means a second trip back for the remainder. Today they didn’t have any. I had to drive all the way to Minooka. Last chance Osco. If next month is an issue I’m moving it to Walgreens.

I go to this Jewel sometimes simply for the convenience/proximity to home and sometimes their sales. But every.single.time I end up at the customer service desk because something didn't ring up correctly or was in the wrong place. I often find moldy produce at this store as well sitting on the shelf. Today I purchased an item that was well stocked in front of a price tag reading $7.99 and when it rang up at $15.99, back to customer service I went. The customer service lady came back telling me flat out I was wrong and the incorrect product was stocked there. I told her there's clearly an abundance of the product I picked up there sitting in front of the $7.99 sales tag and she said "I know. Do you still want it or not?" So.....you admit the store is at fault and you're still going to charge me the incorrect price? What happened to the customer is always right? I've worked in retail for a number of years & if that happens, you give the one customer the sales price and then you go remove the tag/fix the issue. I absolutely hate shopping here and if it weren't for their deals on meat/seafood at times, I'd never be back.

We have used this pharmacy since they opened. We have never had a problem, they have gone out of their way to be helpful numerous times. Knows their stuff, helpful and friendly.

Lately ive been shorted pills. The first time I was told I ran out early when I only take one pill a day instead of two as directed so that made no sense, the second time I counted my pills and had 45 instead of 60; I was told "if it says there's 60, then there's 60" which is a load of bull. This time they were counted out and the pharmacist counted them out "by fives". I was shorted 5 pills this time. Finally enough its only happening with my adderall and my dads being shorted his anxiety meds. Obviously someone at the pharmacy has a drug problem. This needs to be sorted out before I file a police report.

They have mint chocolate chip single serve cheesecake slices here in the bakery section for $1.99 and an Auntie Annie's Pretzels truck in the parking lot! Cheep Chicken Monday's = 8 pieces of roasted or fried chicken for $6-7. Their chicken is so delicious! This is also the place I hit up when I want hot wings and potato wedges from the deli section. Clean store, good selection, can't beat deals in the meat section and I always can count on their produce section.
