???WHAT DO I DO?!? I returned a $300+ chair to The Home Depot on 6/19/2022 at 6PM. They said the store credit would come by email but I never received it and they said it shows it was sent my email, but I don’t have it. I checked that same day and the day after and then forgot but Halloween is here so I said perfect! I’ll go grab some decorations. I went in Monday, September 12th, 2022 to ask how do I get my store credit since I didn’t receive it by email. The response and follow up has been SHOCKING! 1) They won’t give me the store credit because they said they want to see if I already received it by physical cards. They checked the records and it shows it was by email and they checked my ID and it wasn’t issued to me by ID. 2) She then stated how do we know you didn’t issue it to your husband or someone else? We want to review the tapes. 3) She won’t give me the store credit code because she said she wants to confirm I didn’t already use it (even if I did it’s not like I could use it again) This whole thing is weird and she keeps passively aggressively accusing me already receiving it when I DID not. I really am at a loss on what to do?!? They said they have to check tapes and speak with corporate?! I am utterly shocked that they are making me feel as though I am scamming, thieving or did something wrong. Home Depot should be ashamed how this whole thing went down. I would NEVER steal and to basically be accused and on top of it not issued my store credit when they accepted the return is just shocking to me.

On June 23rd I purchased a garage door opener with professional installation. I wish I had been warned about the poor service and empty promises. The garage door stopped working 10 mins after installation. As of today it is still not working. I've complained many times at the store only to be told that someone will reach out. What a joke. They are all about customer service when you are purchasing the product. But as soon as there are problems then you are on your own. Do not purchase any appliances or so called professional installation from this Home Depot. I wish I would of looked at all the bad reviews here before I made my purchase. Buyer beware of the empty promises and unwillingness to fix the issues. I do not recommend them and I definitely will not return.

A typical big box home supply store. The people that work there are usually very nice and will help you find what you need.

Literally the worst store I've stepped foot in for social distance compliance. This store does not care about the health and safety of both customers and employees. Went in to buy paint today and there were no sanitizing wipes or anything by the cart area, there were at least 10 people in the immediate paint area with either no masks at all or being worn completely on their necks, about 50% of those with masks were wearing them wrong, and I had to stand in a far isle because people kept standing directly behind me in the line as I was waiting. I even saw an employee enter the building without a mask on drinking a soft drink in the store. Absolute savagery. I can't imagine going to any Home Depot store again and wish that 0 stars was an option for my visit.

Purchased an oak door from store 6925, during installation I noticed the inside wood frame was different on the right side on the door. The customer service is so bad at this store I know contacting them about a partial credit would require me to bring the door in and At this time it’s not worth the frustration!! Alma and Trisha are two associates I previously worked with that offer the worst customer service, not pleasant.

Came in here looking for a microwave, they had nearly none in the store, whats the point of such a big store? Then wanted to charge me delivery fee for their inconvenience to me? AND wait 9 days?!? No thanks.

I don't go to Home Depot too often but I wanted to pick stuff up for a slew of home improvement projects I planned for myself. Any way, this Home Depot doesn't offer too much when it comes to "exactly" what your looking for and lack of variety. It's at least easy to find an associate in the store if you're looking for help. Prices are a bit competitive to their competing big box stores. Overall not the best experience.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Highly disappointed and disgusted with manager Alma. My family ordered a grill and dropped it off to be assembled and have been getting the run around about it's completion for the last week and half. My family went in this location twice this week and were told the staff couldn't find the grill we paid for and had the receipt for. Alma refused to give us a refund and refused to get to the bottom of where the grill was that we paid for and made it seem like it was our fault. It was apparently OUR job to tell her which or HER employees took our order to assemble the grill we paid for (apparently we should gave gotten this person's name that wasn't printed on the receipt given to us because the actual receipt wasn't enough proof). Alma was completely unprofessional, unaccommodating, and took no responsibility for her staff losing the grill we paid for. She wanted US to prove that we had a grill because HER AND HER STAFF couldn't find it, even though we had a receipt for it AND they looked up our credit card number in their system confirming we ordered it....that still wasn't enough for her to do the right thing for the customer. Thus, we didn't have a grill for memorial day weekend. Thanks Home Depot, thanks Alma. We'll shop elswhere. From reading the other reviews, this location needs serious help.

Home Depot will not accept online orders for mulch, they want to you to come into store, no curbside pickup on mulch, how stupid, going elsewhere!

The store was not adequately following coronavirus p.p.e. requirements. Several employees were observed either incorrectly wearing their face masks (not covering both their mouth AND nose), or had no face masks on at all. I pointed this out to two employees. Both opted to ignore my helpful reminders! They are either not trained or don't care, creating a DANGEROUS environment for themselves and the public! Just horrible!!

I bought units of cedar ($6,000.00), and tried to return the bad boards, and they wouldn't take them back, or exchange them. They said that they couldn't sell them. I said "you just sold them to me in this shape".

Terrible customer service. People here are so mean when you talked to them on the phone just to find out if your order is ready to pickup.

I bought a monstera deliciosa houseplant from the garden center - this is the first and LAST time I will ever purchase a plant (or anything) from Home Depot. This plant was beat up - torn leaves, huge chunks of missing leaves, but for $11 I couldn't resist. I brought it home and noticed the pot was less than 1/2 full with soil so I decided to take it out of the pot, put more soil in and then put the plant back in. Well, the soil was FULL of SHREDDED PLASTIC (?!) that I had to pick out by hand. The soil itself was infested with spiders and some kind of black worm/slug things I've never seen before. It was truly disgusting. I expected insects because the plant was outside but definitely not at this level. I read something about an invasive/parasitic black New Guinea worm and I think that was what was in the pot. I am very disappointed and will definitely never purchase a plant from here.

friendly and helpful staff...always there to answer questions...and they all seem to know a thing or two about whatever project you're working on
