Every time I go to this bank in Shorewood off Rt 59, I leave with a foul taste in my mouth. Some of the most rude and nasty tellers at this location. They pick and choose who they will say hello to or literally say nothing. They never say is there anything else you need of a simple thank you. Well let me rephrase that. I hear them saying thank you or is there anything else you need to select people. I only use this location when I absolutely have to and I live a few blocks from here. I will usually use the bank on Jefferson st in front of the Jewels food store where they are much more welcoming to EVERYONE.

This company is refusing to release themselves from my aunt who passed away. They are continuing to bill her estate and refusing to speak to our attorneys. If you want to deal with the bottom of the pond have at it.

This bank owes me $26.77 from the change over from First Midwest. They also lied multiple times about things they did when they didn’t do them. Thieves.

Were there to deposit the money for my brother for the first time. The young lady required me to have account number which I don’t have, and she can only search up the name and she can found the account number but she said no. She said it’s not allowed , but I did this a few times before with no problem. As long as I deposit without asking for the balance, it should be ok. Yet I’ve been depositing money for myself for years and they never asked for my id ever, idk why it’s a problem this time.I missed first Midwest bank, old National sucks at customer service. Gonna switch bank soon.

This old national bank has a rude employee I was trying to get her name but they switch me to a younger man. I was trying to ask a simple question and all I got back was attitude. She had long brown hair and black glasses. And with all the reviews I’m reading you guys need to do better.

WORST BANK EVER. I LOVED first midwest. Online banking was extremely easy. Ever since old national took over it is literally impossible to deposit checks through mobile. I don't have the options for direct deposit at my job so every week i have to deposit a check. Old Nationals mobile depositing option is the worst i've ever experienced. They make you 'Rotate your phone' while blurring out the camera so you're in a specific position while taking the picture. Sometimes i spend more than 20 minutes trying to get the right angle and it still won't let me take the picture, meaning i go without pay. Plus, once you're in the camera there is no option to go back to the previous screen, so you have to completely exit and re-log in in order to get back to any other screen within the app. I have been on hold for 30 minutes trying to do an over the phone deposit.

Teller was rude the banking app just says printing transaction doesn’t tell you what it’s for I deposited money and my balance only changed by 70 dollars when I deposited 300 and they continue to let you go negative no alerts nothing worst banking experience of my life I will be closing my account and so will my fam member who bank with them

The people working here need to treat people fairly and with respect. They only cater to certain people which is wrong while running a Federal bank. If they cannot do this they should quit their jobs.

I had an issue with my account, I called the customer service number and ofcourse didn’t get the answer I was looking for. So I decided to call the branch manager just to avoid getting the run around. And Araceli was absolutely amazing and pleasant to talk to. She solved my problem real quick. Thank you Araceli!!
