Customer service has gone down the drain. They take forever to get back to me. I was put on hold recently for over 40 mins and nobody ever answered the phone. Also, I should not know more than the pharmacy team here. Like do some research and have a passion for what you do. Getting fed up at this point. Probably going to switch to Walgreens across the street. They used to be great but recently it’s been a nightmare.

I love the pharmacy personnel you have here but they need help! 1 person is not enough to take care of prescriptions and vaccines. Again the people are great you just need to get them help.

I've always had great service at this location, unlike nearby CVS stores. Their staffing is light because of their volume, so sometimes there is a wait. But they recognize me and are always looking out for making sure my dad's medicine is ready when I need it. In today's economy we all have to remember that retail business is not what it used to be, meaning corporations only allow the bare minimum of staff, and we really shouldn't blame the people in the store working hard and doing their best for the corporate rules.

Terrible attitudes and just nasty customer service overall. Stand in line with no acknowledgement and then when you're called next you're given attitude because they don't want to be at work and it shows. Take your scripts somewhere else!!!

The place is average for being clean, people are as nice as other locations. They don't help you replace the batteries in your watches anymore, or re size bands that are too large or small. Cutting services cuts reasons I would want to shop there. May seem like a small thing, but getting to the store to have your watch band adjusted is very low on my list. Hence when I get there I was more than a little agitated that even though the tools were in the drawer two feet away, the "service" person said she wasn't supposed to do it. Walmart and Kohls are right near by.
