Went to cricket to get an upgrade to our phones. The gentleman we delt with was very professional,knowledgeable, and patient. He wasn't pushy at all with the different phones and plans. We all know how salesman can be. Lol I will definitely go to this location from now on. Thank you Sergio for the great customer service.

Just wanted to say thank you again to Sergio at the Cricket store in Shorewood for patiently and courteously helping a senior citizen with a new phone. He went above & beyond and should get a raise.
