There are multiple outdoor drive-through/walk-up ATMs at this location so, it minimizes wait times if going into the bank isn't an option. The Chase app can also be used at the ATM if your debit card is unavailable.

I came in to see a personal banker and was fortunate to connect with Rebecca Smith. It's a pleasure to work with someone who is personable, knowledgeable, and professional. She hits the trifecta. I would also add she is patient, and experienced. I drove to this location from Minooka due to not getting the service I was seeking. Rebecca saved the day for me, please come ask for her if you have any personal banking needs.

Very disappointed, I have been banking with the chase bank since 1993!! I have been to several bank locations over the years in the city and suburbs and have always have great service. I went to have a document notarized over the weekend at the Joliet Rte. 59 location. They were extremely busy and still took the time to inform me of making an apt and apologized for not being able to help me. They referred me to the Shorewood location. We arrived waited ten minutes while they helped the two other clients in the building. The notary public came over to help us she started by scrutinizing the travel letter we need notarized and informing us that due to the verbiage she would not be able to notarize the document. I informed her that we had been getting our travel letters notarized at many of the Chase banking locations without any problems. She then proceeded to go to her desk to look online for what wording she was looking for and told us she would not notarize out letter. She then asked if we banked with Chase I said I did however , my husband did not. She then told my husband she wouldn't be able to notarized our letter due to the fact that my husband is not an account holder. Now I have worked numerus years in customer service And firmly be where there is a will there is a way. Had it been I who had the client in front of me and an empty bank location with two hour before closing time I would have done the following; invited the client to sit down, looked up the account, looked to see how I could help the client, if I was unable to notarized the document I would have taken the opportunity to get to know the client and possibly offer other services or opened an account for my husband. I would have gotten an email sent out examples of the verbiage I was looking for in the letter I would consent notarizing, and finally made an appointment so the client could come back to our location , this would give us an opportunity to further get to know wach other and our banking needs. Hence I maybe reconsidering why my husband staying with his bank BOA. We got our letter notarized that same day at BOA.

This used to be my go-to bank but they stopped serving walk-in customers so time to move on.
