Without a doubt the most incompetent bank I’ve ever experienced. This not only comes from my experience, but from the other establishments involved with my issues with this branch! Good luck trying to deposit checks here. Way too complicated for them. After calling both the customer service department and the check hold department they both couldn’t understand why Shorewood didn’t deposit the check and told me to take it to another branch. Interesting how your own company doesn’t have faith in your abilities! This wasn’t the first time. I believe in second or even third chances. Third now, time to move to a more deserving bank. Hope this helps anyone who has employees relying on them to complete simple transactions, because you’re really taking a chance here!

I had the pleasure of meeting the branch manager, I believe her name is Lisa. I was just coming in to ask a question, but she truely made my day... she is such an asset to chase, and im glad she manages my local bank! Thank you again!

Went to this bank in person because I couldn’t get ahold of anyone on the phone, these ladies were very sweet and Lisa was able to resolve my issue very fast. Lisa deserves a raise

I had gone to a different location earlier in the day and the staff there were so rude that I canceled the transaction and left in tears. I came to this location instead as I still needed to make a deposit and I cannot say enough kind things about the staff here! Dustin was amazingly kind and profesional! He helped me use the ATM to make a deposit as I had never used one before. They seemed to really care about the people they were helping no matter how big or small the task was. You have earned a customer for life. The world at large needs more kind and compassionate people like the individuals that work here!

Legal Bank Robbers is what this organization is. With there bold reasons for taking money out of your account and instead of help they offer nothing but more charges.

I paid for silver and gold dollars. I unrolled them when I got home and realized they gave me gold dollars and foreign currency coins!

There are multiple outdoor drive-through/walk-up ATMs at this location so, it minimizes wait times if going into the bank isn't an option. The Chase app can also be used at the ATM if your debit card is unavailable.

I can in to see a personal banker and was fortunate to connect with Rebecca Smith. It’s a pleasure to work with someone who is personable, knowledgeable, and professional. She hits the Trifecta. I would also add she is patient, and experienced. I drove to this location from Minooka due to NOT getting the service I was seeking. Rebecca saved the day for me, please come ask for her if you have any personal banking needs.
