“After both Enterprise and Hertz told me that they had no one way cars available, I tried calling avis.I booked a one way from their Romeoville location. Unfortunately, I read the email wrong and went to this location. However, they were able to change my rental to their location for about 10 bucks extra, which was less than an uber ride. Not a bad price for me making a mistake.And the nice thing was they had the type of car I originally wanted instead. The other location only had a minivan available. Don't get me wrong. I love minivans, but I wanted something that was great on gas, as I had to go over 400 miles. They gave me a nissan sentra, which got 39 miles per gallon.And they also gave me a 10 percent business discount.From now on, Avis will be my first call. Not Hertz or Enterprise”
“I’ve used this location about 20 plus times this year. I use for work and personal reasons. Justin and alex have been extremely helpful. They always have a good attitudes and are willing to help! They don’t make you feel uncomfortable when you have to come in to pick a car up right when they open. They are appreciated!”
