We went to 7 different cabinet suppliers, and Brakur was by FAR the best. Superb showroom, excellent response time. Best quality AND the best price. Amy was super helpful in the design process. Can't wait to see these cabinets installed in our new home.

Dave Owen was wonderful to work with. We were updating a kitchen in a home we just moved in to so of course there were some issues but Dave never made it seem like these wee problems. So easy to work with and a sincerely nice person. Had great ideas, very helpful and knowledgeable. New Cabinets are a big purchase and it is helpful to have someone like Dave navigate you through the process. Thanks Dave and the Brakur Crew! We love our cabinets!

John Falconio and the Brakur team did an outstanding job on all of our cabinetry requirements for our new house. They went above and beyond on the dozens of cabinets we have in our kitchen and washrooms. We get so many compliments on the blue island too, not to be confused with the city of Blue Island. LOVE the hardware and options within the cabinets as well. In a world where customer service is kind of questionable - I HIGHLY recommend Brakur! Top notch company to do business with!

I highly recommend Andi Cassem from Brakur’s. She spent so much time with us designing our kitchen until we were 100% satisfied with the plan. She had so many ideas and suggestions that we had never thought about. She was quick to respond to the numerous emails I sent her asking questions. I seriously can’t say enough good things about Andi. She designed our dream kitchen and we could not be happier.The installation was spot on too. You can tell Ryan takes pride in his work. I would strongly urge you to look elsewhere. The communication between Brakkur, the installer and our builder is terrible. Cabinets with gouges, visible nail holes, crooked cabinets, drawers that rub on each other when opened and closed, miserable powder coated shelving that were improperly installed and the powder coat is now peeling off. I have had to basically beg to get Brakkur to come out to fix what is wrong and I’m still begging. No attention to detail. Terrible execution. Four months of phone calls over 8+ service calls and we are still waiting on major items to be done.Services: Cabinet repair

Working with Brakur has been a great experience! Especially Andi in the design center. She was able to get our cabinets done/delivered in the time frame we needed them despite the fact that the delivery times had increased right when we were about to order our cabinets. Andi was professional and accurate with all our selections and even made helpful design suggestions that were more cost effective than what we had originally planned for. We're so pleased with our choice to use Brakur for the cabinets in our new build! Our designer Andi was knowledgeable and creative with suggestions and design ideas. I have to thank Andi for being so organized and keeping me on track with the many options that are available. Her prompt response to my MANY questions and change of plans was truly appreciated. The staff checked in on us several times throughout the build to see how the progress was going so the cabinets would be ready when we were. My experience with Brakur Cabinets was not satisfactory. The order process was troublesome, with wrong dimensions and doors not lining up, causing additional costs with the fridge and wine cooler . The sale person also lied about the order for panels for the fridge and dishwasher. I paid a premium price but received poor quality and service, which was disappointing.Service: Custom cabinet design & installation
