I have personal and business accounts with this bank. Business Banker Jessica L. at this branch asked if she could contact me later to discuss options that may be good for my business to consider. Days later I was notified of a hard inquiry on my credit report. This is fraud. I never applied for anything. We never discussed what any specific product. A fraudulent application was placed in an effort to try to earn commission without my knowledge. I am working to dispute the inquiry and escalate the matter. BMO Harris response will determine my future banking relationship with this organization. This is deplorable.

I’ve been with BMO Harris for over 20 years. I recently thought my debit card was expired and went to the Shorewood location. I was greeted by Jessica Lewickas who was so amazing. I felt so relieved when she said I had til the end of the month. Jessica updated my address and made me feel so relaxed that everything was taken care of. What great customer service!!!?

Went here yesterday afternoon for a replacement card. The banker on duty was very rude, and I felt as if she did not even want to help me at all. I understand why she could not help me but she should really fix her ugly attitude.
