They have a friendly staff. The designer is very good at what she does and able to take your idea to a shirt very quickly. I have purchased a number of shirts through them and have always been 100% satisfied.

I have known the owner Gail and her staff for about 2 years; I am her IT tech. I have been impressed with the consistent way that the store is run. Every employee treats every customer like they were the only one in the store. I have seen them bend over backward to work miracles for clients. I highly recommend Big Frog of Shorewood to anyone who needs any t-shirt apparel.

Highly recommend Big Frog. Their prices can't be beat. Staff is personable, professional and attentive. Work was perfect. (They embroidered my name on a lab coat.). Item was ready even earlier than promised and during a busy season for them to beat. Thanks Big Frog!

I have brought multiple things to big frog within the past two years, everytime I go in everyone is so friendly and helpful. They get everything done so quickly and it always looks great! The prices are also very very reasonable compared to every where else around.

I waited until the day of school starting to get my daughter's gym uniform. The size I needed was out but, they made me a brand new shirt as they unpacked a delivery.I had the pleasure of working with the owner who was so genuine and every employee seemed like they loved their job.This will be the only place I go to in the future for any customized clothing.
