It was my first experience returning something to amazon and i was pretty nervous but the employees are not only patient and professional but fast. Had me in and out in about 2 minutes with 0 complaints on my end.

Go elsewhere. UPS boxes are free at other stores but this location will charge you.

I do not usually have any problems with this store. I only go visit this location to return Amazon packages. I recently went in to do a standard return and the girl assisting charged me for packaging. I have never been charged to return an Amazon package unless they come to pick it up. When I chose the option to drop off it stated that it was the free option. I contacted Amazon and they gave me my money back and let me know that should not be happening. It wasn't much but just a heads up if you plan to use this location!

I thought they closed at 7:00 was there at 6:31 at the door see the dude serving a customer Dude ignore me Knocking on the WindowI I'm coming an hour away to drop off a package And dude doesn't have 5 minutes How rude.
