3660 Green Mt Crossing Dr, Shiloh“The workers were just so nice and helped so much. My family and I all went there and bought shoes. Everything was at a great price, a couple months ago I bought shoes from a different place which was Journey kids. They costed $100 here I only had to pay $70. That is all I have to say about how great this place is.”
“The bad review about not being able to return worn shoes? They tell you the no return policy - upfront. You can get an exchange, there's also a big sign at the register. And they say you cannot return shoes if they appear worn on the bottoms. I brought my Hokas back and exchanged them for a pair of Brooks Ghost 17, that fit better. The sales guys are super patient and wait on you. They're not off playing on their phones like a lot of other places. Their customer service can't be beat. You'd need to be an extremely rude and difficult customer to leave unhappy. Unless you can't follow simple instructions about returns.”
“Stopped in to see if there were any inexpensive hockey sticks to buy for our Non-Profit hockey store in NW Arkansas, Halo Hockey. Boy do they have a lot of sticks. I was able to purchase roughly 25 sticks for our community without needing to beg for a discount, as they were already were we needed to be. Aaron was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Well done!”

208 Frank Scott Pkwy E #5, Swansea“Although the store is small and managed by few, the people who run it REALLY know their stuff, and helped me out with so many purchases! They also informed me about the Monte Cassino event that's hosted here in the Midwest, and I had SO much fun at that game last year! Definitely give these guys a try if you live nearby because there most definitely is a benefit to doing in-person shopping for paintball or airsoft, and that's undeniable.”
“Just simply PHENOMENAL!!!! Brian and his team went WAY above and beyond to ensure my kiddos had an above outstanding and exciting playing experience. After we moved cities my kiddos were devastated to leave their play-set behind. Brian and his team walked me patiently through the whole process and pulled off the unimaginable - a play-set set-up that made my kids forget what they left behind and excited about what they now have. The whole team is what “right looks like” when it comes to the customer experience. When we moved from the St. Louis Metro-East to an hour East, Brian didn’t hesitate to make the trip to set us up. I am very grateful that he did this. I look forward to working with him and his team in the near future to continue to build our backyard a play-time oasis. Next up…one of their trampolines. Then in a couple of years…the basketball goal of the kiddo’s dreams. Thank you so much.”
“I miss the way Rural used to be. They have moved everything around. A lot of their staple items are missing. I mean, they still have a large selection, but I feel like it Big is changing for the worst. Hopefully, this spring items will return.”

“The store looks great! The management and staff that were there at the time of my purchase were both very helpful with helping me find my items. Both of them have very positive attitudes and are very welcoming people! My experience was awesome and i will deffinetly be back! i think they both deserve a raise or bonus because thats exactly the kind of experience you want when your shopping! Big shout out to both of Them!”
“Brought my daughter in for school shoes. Tony in the shoe dept was awesome. He had his hands full as it was pretty busy but he was polite and friendly as could be.”

134 St Clair Square SP150, Fairview Heights“I wanted a beanie hat embroidered for Father's Day and another store wasn't able to accommodate so, I went to Cardinal Clubhouse. It was my first time in the store and I wasn't disappointed. John was able to embroider my hat same day and took the time to explain the process so, I would have a reference for the future. He did a great job and my dad loved it! Thanks John.”
“My favorite store in any state. Had what I needed to make a Texas Brisket for my daughter while visiting them. Store employees were very helpful and professional!”
“If you need stuff for soccer, they probably have it for indoor, outdoor, youth, adult, male, and female. Prices seem a bit steep, but I was able to get a lot of last years' gear on sale for 30-50% off (new, just not the latest/greatest model). The one-person staff was cheerful and helpful. The location is convenient.”
