If you're looking for a great veterinarian , this is the place for you. Everyone is so kind. My cat has anxiety issues when going to the vet. I got medicine to calm her down. The vet tech AND the doctor were incredibly thorough and kind. Dr. Kinnunen explained the issues she found with my cat. Valerie, vet tech, even called to see how my cat was doing. Great people!!!

Been going for a few years and only have had good experiences. This recent visit someone reached out to me even though it was a federal holiday and they are normally closed on Wednesday, just to ensure my cat was doing well after being given anesthetic for a lion cut. It can be pricey, but pets are family additions and you will do anything for family!

I had an amazing experience with taking my cat to Shiloh Vet Clinic! We had a last minute situation come up and the clinic was able to get us in the same day. The prices were great and the staff were so friendly and helpful. After the appointment I got a letter in the mail thanking us for choosing this clinic. Shiloh Vet Clinic gave amazing treatment to my cat and amazing service to us!

We recently switched to Shiloh Vet Clinic instead of driving 30 min to a very overpriced vet we had been using before. I found a mass on my dog's neck and they got me right in the same day I called to take a look. While I was an upset mess when they took her back to get a biopsy, they were very sweet and gentle with her which was my concern. Luckily, just a cyst they ended up draining and they even called me today, less than 24 hours later to check in on her - and me! Wishing we switched a long time ago but thankful to be one of their patients now. Thank you Shiloh Vet Clinic for being so kind and caring!

The staff at this location are great. I've never had a bad experience with their team and my pups. However, the pricing here does not appear to be competitive at all. My two pups both needed treated, and I understand that there is no buffer period from diagnosis to requested payment. However, when we denied treatment and went to two additional vets for a second opinion to confirm what we learned the pricing was significantly different. We went to a Belleville and O'Fallon location. It made me wonder if the cost of the beautiful building is cascaded down to the pet parents. Could be wrong but the sticker shock was enough for us to move on and select another provider after taking our dogs here since opening. Very off putting from my perspective. We were also quoted for something and told it was needed when the other two vets did not recommend.

Shiloh Veterinary Clinic has a very empathetic and professional staff that helped our family through end-of-life care of our cat. They even mailed us a sympathy card which meant a lot to us. I will always be grateful to the staff, thank you.

Great, friendly staff that are always responsive, even by text. Unfortunately, they're closed on Wednesdays, which can be inconvenient but not impossible to deal with. Otherwise, we definitely recommend using this vet!

The absolute best pet clinic around!! So very glad we found them! The employees at Shiloh Vet Clinic, are amazing to him and accommodate his needs. Valerie is all about giving him extra lovin’ while he’s there to relax him. My husband and I will forever take our buddy there and we highly recommend them. Not too far from SAFB which is a plus!

As a military family we have been to a lot of clinics over the years but Shiloh Vet Clinic has made it feel as if we have been coming here forever. The doctors and support staff are phenomenal. They listen to our concerns, present you with options, and make our pups feel comfortable at every visit. I love that they always call to check on our pets after a visit, it's that extra level of care that sets them apart. 10 out of 10.

The best vet clinic! Our pup had to have surgery, and they took such great care of her. Michelle is awesome and explained everything every step of the way and even called to check in the day after surgery to make sure our girl was healing well. The staff is so knowledgeable and caring and treated our Lexi like their own.
