“Upgraded my internet service. Found that I could return the old modem to a Spectrum Store. This one was close. Made a reservation to return the modem at 2:20 on a Saturday. Arrived a few minutes early. Spouse went shopping at Dierbergs next door. When the customers ahead of me finished their transactions, I was processed in due turn very efficiently. ??”

He made switching to T-Mobile a breeze and transferring all my data from one phone to another was simple.”
