98% of the time we get our Birthday cakes or cookie cakes from the store located at Green Mount Crossing. We are almost never disappointed about the taste and quality of the purchase. We love the meat and produce too. We just don't shop here often due to the higher prices compared to Schnuck or Walmart. However, I bought my oldest son a full sheet cake sized cookie to celebrate his birthday. I ordered the "Go Tiger" design since he is a student at Mizzou and he could share the cookie with his fraternity friends. Well the image of the tiger paw do not turn out like a paw or anything close to the online image. So we had a good laugh about it and I'm sure the frat guys will too.

Dierbergs is the supermarket known for their local offerings, fresh produce, and inviting lighting. Typically when you are looking for something very specific, you visit Dierbergs. I would compare Dierbergs to Wegmans (if you're on the East Coast). There is something about the staff and lights that make you want to fill a cart immediately. The store is laid out in the fashion where you can get the seasonal items as soon as you walk in (think Christmas cookies or Halloween candy), followed by wine and cheese. They offer a hot food bar for those moments on lunch or just a quick save from cooking. There are not many brands (if any) that will not be available within the aisles. I have never had an instance of not being able to find something I needed/wanted. Checking out is a breeze and pretty standard when thinking of grocery stores. This location also offers a UPS for mailing or mailbox needs.

Everyone knows I love Dierbergs! I trust them to have quality produce and meat. Every Dierbergs is basically the same...that's a good thing! It means every store is clean, friendly and has a great selection of anything you might want to cook, eat and or enjoy! Plus their pharmacies are always excellent and the little shop with all the pretty flowers and gifts is my favorite! All the employees are always friendly and helpful too. You can't go wrong shopping at a Dierbergs!

I have shopped here for 2 years. The prices are very high compared to other stores, but I still choose to shop here. The reason for a low rating is the cashiers. For being a store that raises their prices, I would expect better customer service. Other than the older woman who works the early shift, who gives out stickers to little kids (so sweet), the other employees have been very rude. It seem to shift during the pandemic, but I always leave there feeling so disappointed in the low quality costumer service.

Went to buy some cooked salmon which is about $6.98 a piece.The ]pieces where about 2/3 the size of a regular piece yet they wanted the $6.98 for the smaller pieces.Worker stated that they where cut to the wrong size yesterday. #DISAPPOINTED

I started shopping here bc the Target next door was constantly out of all my usual foods due to their remodel and boy am I glad I did! They have tons of different kombucha, delicious fresh vegetables, tons of vegetarian and vegan options and even a florist and UPS in the store. Super friendly staff and even when the parking lot looks full it's hardly ever busy inside. Plenty of self check out lanes. One of the best parts about this place is if you speak to someone about stocking an item they don't currently stock they will do their best to bring it in next truck load. Love this place.

I was refused life-saving blood pressure medication today because their "system" was down. I was told to, "Go somewhere else." Appalling. Do not do business with this piece of junk store.

I had an issue and it was promptly correct by Bernadette. Thank you so much. It's not always that higher ups take notice of an issue but in this case they did. It's refreshing to shop at an establishment that cares.

I love this Dierbergs. The location is extremely convenient, the store is always bright and clean, the workers are friendly, they always have plenty of registers open and the selection is great. I especially love their store-brand organic range, which is high-quality and very reasonably priced. The only reason this gets four stars instead of five is that regularly-priced items can be a bit pricey, but the sales are always great.

I love everything that comes out of Bob's Smoker. Sometimes the employees will allow me to have extra servings of the browm sugar glaze for my salmon? Try it, I know you will be addicted to Bob's Smoker too

They have a very large selection of items on the deli. If I'm in a hurry for a quick healthy meal, this is my first choice.
