I personally haven't had a bad experience, but my daughter had an oil change this past Saturday. When done the tech came in and said "you have a mouse nest, wanna see?"This could have caught fire at any time. Could you remove it and then shown her?Service: Oil change

I am somewhat disappointed in the service I have received the two times I've had my oil changed there. Approximately 1 month ago I took my jeep in for an oil change and when I returned home oil was leaking from the filter. It was a small issue but could have been serious. Yesterday I took my truck in to be serviced. I specifically asked them to make sure that the filter was tight and that the truck needed greased. When I checked it this morning I found that the grease zirts had not been touched. Lesson learned, I will do it myself from now on.Service: Oil change
