My apartment is very clean. Had new carpet and freshly painted. My only complaint is can't get ahold of them. No one ever answers the phone or returns your calls for days, if ever.

Don’t waste your time! They say they are government housing but they go by what you make before taxes are taken out. They also say you don’t pay your rent when you know you sent it in and have receipts to prove it. The inspectors husband harassed me for weeks, just because he wanted to.
