A deer hit my car and left me with some bad front-end damage. I took my car to a couple places for estimates but wisely chose Sesser Auto Body. From the beginning Tim and Jodie were excellent about communicating and making sure I was happy. I was concerned because of the lead time. But they patched up the car and made it operational. They kept me informed of the process and met my deadline. I am so incredibly happy I went with them.My car is better than before the accident. And I felt they were very fair with pricing. They even detailed my car beautifully. I will choose them every time I have a body need. Thank you Tim, Jodie, and the detailers.

They are highly professional and take care in their work. Kept me informed via text & phone calls. My wife and I recently hit a deer on the way to work. They made the process painless. My insurance was being difficult and the owner took time to get them on board. When I picked up our vehicle it looked like it rolled off the showroom floor! This review is so long overdue. I wish I could give 1000 stars. To say that Tim (and his family) went above and beyond is putting the situation lightly.Back story: Early this fall, I was in a freak accident during am 9 hour road trip to WI. I live in Nashville, TN. My insurance referred me to Sesser Auto Body. Upon speaking with Tim the first time, he was so kind and reassuring. He kept me updated every step of the way from when my car arrived there via tow, when the parts that were needed were arriving, what step they were on, etc. Once the job was finished, I knew we would need to make to long haul (4 hours one way) back to Southern IL to pick up the car. Tim called me when the car was ready. He just so happened to be traveling to Nashville that weekend and *offered to drive my car all the way down so that we wouldn't have to make the trip.* I was speechless. He even went ahead and cleared it with my insurance first. I truly don't even have the words to express my gratitude for Tim and his wife who agreed to drive separately to make this happen. They drove down and we were able to get our car (which looked absolutely brand new and perfect) so easily. Every person I tell this story to is just as shocked by this above and beyond kindness.Tim is one of a kind. He was kind, empathetic, communicative, timely, the work was top notch quality, and the customer service was like nothing I've ever seen. I cannot say enough good things about Tim and Sesser Auto Body.Thank you again.
