The website shows open till 4pm. Door shows they close at 345. My son and i showed up to pick up important medication but the doors were closed at 330. The lady just sat there and looked at us when we knocked and then walked away.

Poor customer service and there is little consideration for the customer. The interesting thing is that there management allows this to happen and it's the standard. Recommend going off-base to another one.

Entirely new staff came in around ~Feb 2023.
Significantly nicer personnel and far more professional than previous crew. I’m very happy with the changes.
