Shocked this is how ACTIVE DUTY military are treated. Mr Ellis at satellite pharmacy should be ashamed of himself. Heavy sighs with questions, completely cutting me off before I can even get a sentence out and disregarding concerns. This is an embarrassment to have military treated so poorly. Shame for letting this go on for so long. (Pros: short lines at pharmacy - faster for me to make an hour drive to base than sit on hold for over an hour to get essentially hung up on)

Much shorter lines than the main pharmacy and parking is never a problem. Never has more than 3 people in line when I go.

I called to try and clarify a discharge medication. Was on the phone on hold for 24 minutes and tried to ask if it went through and if not could I give a verbal. The aid was unbelievably rude and wouldn’t answer my questions, just cut me off with we don’t do that. So I asked to speak to the pharmacist who was likely told I was the problem. She just went off on me and again wouldn’t let me speak or answer questions. I just hung up. I’ll call just local pharmacy. It’s so sad that these incompetent arrogant people don’t care about our patients and our VETS. It makes me sick just thinking about it. I’m ashamed that this is how VETS are being treated by the VA.

I have been here before, during, and after the recent lockdown. As a retiree from the Army, I enjoy the efficiency with which I am received. I check on line for SAFB Main/Satellite Pharmacy, I drive there, get my medicines and return home. No problems, whatsoever. 1SG Jack McCoy

I meant to say this yesterday . I don't know where and how to pay a compliment to our essential warriors that are working the pharmacy but I wanted to put this out there.
