I call the main pharmacy to talk to a pharmacist and I am number 33 on the list. I can't wait that long. I check on the formulatore list and it's not working at this time. I guess I'll have to drive to the main pharmacy and ask them if they have the drug I need. Not very good service.

The Main Pharmacy processes all new prescriptions sent to us electronically by the provider. All prescriptions must be activated by the patient before they are processed and will be ready for pick up within 24 hours. You may activate prescriptions through text messaging to 1-833-444-3741 and text the words "Get in line" (please make sure you have the patient's DoD ID number available) or you can activate via phone at 1-618-256-7400, option 1 or thru your MHS Genesis patient portal account.
