Very decent facility conveniently located a short walking or running distance from lodging. Has just about everything you need.

Fantastic gym on base, even as a parent, there is a play area inside where you can workout while the kids play in a gated area. There is also a co-ed sauna that is great after a hard workout.

Normal installation gym. Nothing fancy. You have all the equipment you need. No one is certain what decade that equipment is from, but a pound is a pound. Gym floor is nice. No chips or dead spots. Just like any other place, be sure to bring shower shoes. Never really too busy. It gets the job done.
