If I could leave 0 stars I would. We bought a ps4 on December 21 as a Christmas gift for my son. It makes a noise as if it’s going to blow up once it’s been on for about 30 mins. Then the cord in the back as soon as you touch it it starts the whole system over. When we took it back he refused to do anything about it. Threatened to call the police because i was talking aggressively but i wasn’t yelling or cursing he told me i wasn’t welcome and i was trespassing. I wouldn’t buy anything from him if it was free. He’s a scam artist.

Great service! The owner was super friendly and explained exactly what was wrong with my Nintendo switch lite. It was fixed in less than two days. I would definitely go there again to get my electronics fixed.

I got my son Xbox fixed here and he had it for a few days he didn’t use it until his new tv arrived the after plugging up game didn’t come on and we notice the HDMI part was loose we call the shop he said bring it in I set on the lot for awhile catching up with something’s on my email the guy text me back and stated that they can’t fix the game under warranty because it looks like customer damage it by dropping it what a joke he wanted me to pay another $160 to fix the game for the same issue that I took it in for. I recommend to any and everyone don’t do business at this place if you choose to take a thousand pictures before you leave your item and I’m reporting them to BBB for bad business practice seen they can tell you anything to get you to pay more money just enough fixture to get you to comeback

These guys were awesome. I even brought my own Amazon LCD replacement and they used it so I didn't have to pay extra. They dropped ever to help me and fixed my phone in less than 10 minutes.

Bought 2 batteries for my Mavic pro 2 drone Approximate four months ago and barely used them until a big wedding shoot to find out one of them is completely dead and won't turn on which tells me it's definitely not a new ,I take it back to store and gets told it's nothing he can do , So i'm just out of a $150 for nothing, I will never shop at that store again

Amazing fast work when i really needed my drone repaired for my event they came through. Not only did they come through they went out of there way to make sure i was able to get my drone back. Only place with in 200 miles id suggest

I highly encourage all patrons to be 100% sure of what your are wanting because their return policy is a joke.It needs to be fully displayed in detail so that if there are “extenuating circumstances” to being able to return perfectly functional item within the 7 business days so individuals don’t waste their time or money.I will say there is nothing wrong with their product but their business professionalism and customer service is a highly lacking.

The person at the counter is extremely rude and lack a business professional demeanor. He raised his voice when asked about his return policy and refused to show an item in the display case when asked. And for some reason made it a point to mention his family owns the strip mall are the shop is located in. It appears more important to him to not have customers so he can go outside to smoke. Very poor business attitude.

Be careful with this store they are ASIAN and they will do anything to still from you. I bought a Mavic Air2S mother board unbound to any account,and when i got it it was BOUND to an account, worthless. they say they test before sending( LIES) Just be Careful.

I brought my phantom 4 in cause I crashed it and it wouldn't start. Not only did he get me up and running, I pretty much have a new drone. Very fast service and super conversations. Before I try and fix it myself I'll be taking whatever I need fixed to I fix Gadgets. 100% plus satisfied!!!!! Thank you so much for getting me back airborne.

I have to select star that’s why I select but try other place I can suggest pandora in Fairview Hights Il. My phone charging port has issue and this guy told me more than $150.00 to fix that and I went to pandora he said only dust is there and he cleaned up and nothing changed.I suggest please don’t waste your valuable money for nothing

Brought them 3 PlayStation 4s too be cleaned other 2 were hdmi repair haven’t had the PlayStations back 30 days an both with hdmi repair no longer work literally took it home plugged it in and haven’t moved it not sure if the guy just can’t solder or what. so I call to let em know they would not answer the phone only reason I gave em a star was because I had too highly don’t recommend this place I’m out a decent amount of money close too $400 too for it don’t let em get you too
