one of the baggers banged cart into side of vehicle and left a scratch. No one from the commissary has responded.

It honestly isn't any different than any other grocery store I've ever been to. Although the prices do seem higher than I was expecting. I don't think they pay a sales tax but there are definitely better deals to be had elsewhere in town. Maybe if you live on base it's a good deal to not have to drive out on town instead

Nicely stocked with a variety of products. Good prices. Check out line moved fairly quickly. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Very busy store for a Monday at 1430. The parking lot was very full , and several loops were needed to find a spot.

Prices are good. Almost never long lines here. Parking is adequate.Docked a star because their bakery is lacking compared to other bases and their milk shelves are almost always bare bones.

I was born on Scott and the fall of Scott Field facilities and the lack of selection in both stores is highly disappointing . We find we have to go out in the economy to get what we need not just want. I mean PB&J and milk (Lactose free) and bread are out consistently the quality and care taken in produce is not up to the worst stores out side the gates. The meat department is cheaper however, the quality is substantially lower than other stores. We stopped buying meat at Scott in 2017 when we found rotten meat inside hamburger meat twice. Nothing is done unless a high ranking Officer or their family members complain. The attitudes of their employees (some) are not the best. I just shop outside looking for sales rather than putting up with the usual out of stock and hassle with either store.

You can't beat the prices for meat and dairy products. The sushi is also pretty good.

Well stocked commissary. Need to be authorized shopper, with Military ID. Located on Scott AFB.

Easy in and out for lunchtime. Meat and produce aisles were stocked with fresh items, looked liked it will last and taste good. The international aisle for the German, British, and Italian sections were limited, items on the shelves are not for common cooking recipies. The deli was busy, and you will get your freshly made sandwiches there. Cashers and baggers were polite, and at this location, care is shown for purchased items when bagging them. Overall, I am surprisingly impressed with the staff politeness, stocked aisles, cashier availability, and option for self checkout.

Scott commissary prices are on par or below what you would find in the community. Unfortunately, what used to be a fully functional grocery store is now sparsely stocked. It is useful for stocking up on some of the essentials, and worth a visit just to do so.

Constantly lacking quality fruit and vegetables. The outside temperatures are what you get inside! No one to ask where items are located other than the register area. Meat is better priced here than off base but for the most part a lot of the items here are the same price as any grocery store.
