I walk in with certain questions about all of their products. I walked the whole showroom no one around. I have to walk over to the desk and ask for help. I finally get help and the young lady only sort of knows what she's talking about. I wasn't in the market to buy but she didn't care either way. I'm in customer service and I know how to use my knowledge to help someone. If I was going to buy it wouldn't be from here not because of the product sold here but because of the lack of service.
