I used this parking lot over the weekend. The transportation were fine to the airport. After coming back, I called to see what door should I wait at for the shuttle pick up. I was told to catch the airport train to the car rental building. This was never mentioned! I got turned around in the airport, I called the rental office to get instructions. A employee (Tierra) answered the phone and was very unprofessional!! I will not be using this parking lot in the future.

I’m doing this review on the day this happen so you can look up the records and also going on Priceline. I booked through Priceline and prepaid for a JEEP or truck rental. Showed up 20 minutes early just in case it was busy and to get the paperwork for rental done. Walked in guy asked for credit card and ID which gave yo him. He asked me if I was local I said yeah. He hands me my ID and says I can’t rent a car to you. I was like what???? We don’t rent to locals he states call Priceline and get a refund. I asked What does it matter if I am local or flying in? I paid for a rental for a week. Again he said we don’t rent to locals.Ok first you need to post this on your rentals so people know. And second worst business plan ever walk paying customer because they live in the area! That’s really smart.

Crowded with vehicles and disorganized. Took forever for pickup, almost an hour if your flight gets in after 12:00 am. We called when we realized our flight was coming in late with no response or call back. The overnight gentleman that eventually answered the phone around 5am sounded surly and annoyed ? Nasty ? stinky restroom.You certainly get what you pay for. Never again!

I’ve been waiting for the shuttle bus about 40 minutes now I called after I was here 20 minutes they said they’ll be here in 10 minutes. It’s been another 20 minutes and still nothing. I’m never using the service again if I knew it was gonna take this long I would’ve just taken over home defeats the whole purpose

There is no direct shuttle at pick up . You have to take the train to car rental and shuttle picks up . Not ideal if you have kids and or lot of luggage. Super inconvenient for the same cost.

Had to pick up my car this morning, and I encountered the worst customer service in my life. The black, big lady with braids, at the desk was rude, condescending and straight up ghetto, when we were trying to inquire about the parking fees. She was giving short rude answers while typing not even looking at customers. Lady, if you don’t like your job stay home and don’t ruin peoples days. You are the epitome of angry black woman for no reason. Shame on you and shame on this shady establishment. Please don’t park here, and I hope you don’t encounter this ignorant woman, with anger and bitterness issues on Sunday morning!

They were not very clear on their pick up point. The only reason we found it was because a holiday inn shuttle driver saw us looking confused and drove us to the pickup point. Additional charges were added with no explanation. Will be formally complaining about that. Probably will never use again

If i can put a 0 star i would.The front desk is horrible horrible service and this is a big scam, do not Rent from them!!Got there after a long delayed flight and my reservation was canceled because i didn't notify them that im running late and i couldn't make a new reservation on the spot.Very bad

Never ever TRY TO RENT HERE!! You will pay thrue the app and then they will let you know once you are on the front with an Associate that THEY HAVE NO CAR FOR YOU... because you don't have a booked flight.

They left my door open on my jeep Wrangler and it got flooded by the rains while I was gone for two weeks now they are playing games won't answer my calls after Rod Mclnerney told me that it would be taken care of I've been parked here for years I don't recommend this overnight parking

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received. The clerk didn't even looked at us, just said "you're locals and we don't rent to locals, it's our policy. We rented a car through the website didn't specify this. So, stranded at this place we call customer care and it got worst. They didn't want to refund my money back. Well we are on the phone two more customers came with the same exact issue. I don't recommend this place to no one. No empathy and just overall rude people.

I wish I can rate a 0 The people that’s working there are very unprofessional I called to ask a question about reservations for parking but the person Felix answer the phone and automatically assume I was talking about rental if you accept reservations for rental and parking why would you automatically assume I’m talking about rental then called back to ask for the supervisor name and the person refused to give his name and then proceeded to get smart and say they have caller id and if it’s a local number they going to assume you calling about rental uMm how many people move out of state and don’t change numbers so how you going to assume that the people that work here are not friendly they act like they hate their job they act like they doing you a favor and then hung up talking he not giving me his name and call the manager to figure it out i use to use this place all the time but I wouldn’t leave my toy car at this place anymore this why businesses loss customers because of young unprofessional people like them trust me it’s plenty parking place surrounding the airport that would be glad for business

When I reserved the rental car, there was no information on needing a flight itinerary. I got there and they told me I needed one. I didn't have one. They printed out the terms and agreement that says they might ask for one. The front task person said they don't need to show it when reserving the car. As long as it is some where on their website. Another person came in with the same issue. Who know how often this happens. They wouldn't give me a refund. I got ahold of the help service. They also said they didn't see where I needed a flight itinerary. Don't go here. Not recommended.

The process was smooth and I didn’t have any issues. I waited around 20 min for the shuttle, then after getting to the rental place, the clerk took around 5 min for the paperwork. Drop off process was fast as well
