Parking was very convenient, shuttle service to airport for departures is available. Picked up my vehicle with no problem, shuttle arrived at airport within 10-15 min after pick up request. Would be nice to have shuttle pick-ups at arrival terminals vs in front of the Hilton Hotel, especially in winter.

Nice people and cheaper than other places. Unfortunately their shuttles are not their strength and others at o’hare do a much better job. Not using them again.

Good service. Great parking spot. Car stays covered and locked in the garage. Shuttle came right away. From when I called, it took about 15 minutes total I was at the car.
