I work 8 out of 10 .. but the wait was long I left my suv since April and it was ready until September 7 .. on the price it seems high.

I went here after having front end damage on my mustang gt. Told insurance to pay him directly upfront for the work (8700 to be exact, also being the biggest mistake). It was crashed the day before thanksgiving and I picked up the car in March. After weeks of being told of “delays” (which after calling local car dealers I was told they had the parts that were needed) the car left in mid March with more damage than it came in with, minus a hood with a terrible paint job. It cost me more than the original estimate to fix his mistake and I hope you don’t go here because Lester is a fraud.Services: Electrical

I have been taking my car here for a few years, and I consistently receive good service for very fair prices as compared to other body shops. I was recommending this body shop to a friend and looked it up on Google to give her the address. I was saddened to see that there were not only negative reviews, but inaccurate reviews. As a licensed clinical professional counselor, I assess the owner to be healthy, hard working, kind-hearted, and competent in his profession. He goes above and beyond for his customers, and when they don’t pay, that is the only time he may hold onto their car until they do pay. Lento Auto Repair always gets the job done well and within a reasonable amount of time for me. I’ve never been overcharged or had unnecessary work recommended, which was my issue with other auto body shops. Even though I live 45 minutes away, I take my car here for all my auto needs because I trust this place to get the job done right. I highly recommend Lento Auto Repair to friends, family, and anyone looking for a place that isn’t fancy but has trustworthy workers who put in time, effort, and quality where it counts — on your vehicle.
