I had an extremely disappointing visit to Jims Liquors today. I wish I could give zero stars. I came in with the intention of purchasing some liquor after taking pictures of various options to send to my mom as she had asked so she could have various options next time. (She is bed ridden and cant go herself) However, my visit took a turn for the worse due to the unprofessional behavior of your staff.
As I was peacefully taking photos of different liquor bottles, a staff member began hovering around me and eventually started following me throughout the store. His demeanor was rude and accusatory from the start, questioning me about what I was doing and insinuating that I was up to something suspicious. It was particularly offensive when he mentioned that I supposedly visit frequently without making purchases, completely disregarding the fact that I often accompany my father, who was at that moment purchasing liquor at the counter.
To exacerbate the situation, the owner even went as far as pulling up security cameras to watch me, under the misguided suspicion that I was attempting to steal. This unwarranted scrutiny lead to them ejecting me from the store and taking a photograph of my license plate as if I were a criminal.
I am deeply offended and outraged by this treatment. Not only were the staff attempting to humiliate me in front of other customers, but I was also unjustly accused of wrongdoing without any basis. This experience has left me with a negative impression of your store and its staff. It is unacceptable to treat any customer in such a disrespectful and discriminatory manner.
I urge you to review your staff training and customer service policies to ensure that no one else has to endure the stress and frustration that I experienced today. I had always assumed that I would be treated with at least a modicum of respect and trust. Sadly, today's events have shattered that belief.
Not only is the owner as rude as could be but his staff is the same.

They have expired soda in the cooler and the worker said " it'sgood for a month after the expiration date" but it was from February and it's now May

Everyone is so helpful and nice. They have a huge selection on everything. The gentleman at the counter suggested a whiskey and it was very good. Thanks for your hard work!

Liquor vendor….called the store, to find out if their buyer was available, he was not, so I asked if I could leave my number and the cashier on the phone said she “didn’t have time for this”. Extremely rude, and unprofessional. We are the reason you have a business. If you keep treating people this way, vendors will stop coming in, your store will be empty, and you will have no more customers. Fire the lady behind the counter. She’s a liability to your store. I’m apparently not the first vendor to experience this. Do better!

Beer Vendor here.. came in and introduced myself and before I could finish was told “I don’t want anything to do with you or whatever your selling you can get out of my store now” by a short woman who I heard another customer call Maria. Very uncaused for and rude. I will never return to this store. And yes, I am a black man that works in the industry. STAY AWAY!!
