They do provide 24 hour shuttle to O'Hara, which is a plus. Runs every 30 minutes. Rooms are OK. Front desk was not so friendly at check in but nicer person at check out. Thought the price was high for what you get. Not sure why the O'Hare area has loads of hotels but no restaurants in walking distance.

Very good hotel. Just 5 min away from O'Hare airport and they offer free parking. Hotel is well maintained, staff is very respectful and rooms are clean. They have decent breakfast options. Overall we had a pleasant stay

Customer service was great & so were the rooms. Quick hop on & off to the airport.
