It's just okay, but never go to the Universal Sheraton Hotel. It's a garbage dump. Crab ?

Theyve always been good to us! Yes its not the nicest place, but its also priced accordingly. Have stayed here many times for airport transfers, shuttle is always there to get us. Decent resturaunt as well.

I arrived on Saturday and they had no system. With a snow storm and me with a child, the employee Maria was rude when notifying that without a system she could not check in. I asked for a driver and she told me that she was alone and she couldn't communicate with the driver. She would give me the money back but it doesn't go to the bank at the moment. That I canceled and went to another hotel as if it were that easy. Many left even pilots and stewardesses and families who arrived. After almost 2 hours he gives me the key and tells me to go back to FL if you came just to see snow. It was so rude. The bathroom pouring water and making noise all the time. Only the housekeeping Delia was friendly. I do not recommend the hotel.

Price is good for a quick room and a shuttle. Hotel is very outdated and beat up. Room didn’t smell the best but overall it did the trick!

We were there late on Christmas Day and the lines were long, but the staff was friendly, thorough, and calm. They have secured parking and a shuttle to the airport. Perfect for us. The rooms are a little tired, but everything else was on point!

I had so many problems with my room and I also stayed one night i regret bringing my family here because the rooms paint is peeling there were stains on the sheets stains on the towels I had to get everything replaced and while it is getting replaced the employees attitude suck they are very rude I couldn't even turn on the TV because the didn't even work and when I tried to call them of course the room phone wasn't working! There was nothing in the br not any shampoos not and hand soap this room was ridiculous they should have never let me check in if it was not 100% ready 0 out of 10 I will never come backSafety: First of all the staff are so rude you go to them with any problem and they give you the biggest attitude because they have to do there job! My son took a shower and grabbed what is soppose to be a clean towel ends up grabbing a towel with a bunch of black stains on it as if it were just used and this was the towels that the hotel gave us , what if my son didnt see the stains? He wouldve wipped himself with who knows from who knows where that is disgusting. There is no reason for the towels to be dirty! And Also The outlets in the room had brown on them because there burnt this place was a 0/10 and I couldn't even call to the front desk because another problem my phone wasn't working either !

It's close to the airport, and the breakfast isn't bad. The staff is well mannered. The O'Hare flight status TV is a nice touch and there's a free shuttle. That's about all the good things I can say about it.I can best describe the hotel as "stuffy" and "bare bones". Everything is old. The furniture shakes when you touch it. The restroom looks like it's never been renovated and the paint is peeling from the shower spray. Carpets are old. Half the ice machines don't work (and believe me, I tried them). The elevators are temperamental.I think the worst part is that the cleaners walked in at 8am and woke up my exhausted wife and kids even though checkout is at 11. Like I said, they're well mannered and said "sorry", but "sorry" isn't putting my toddler back to bed.I can probably take this experience and learn from it that Four Points is a terrible brand here in the US, in line with Quality Inn but with better logotyping. My only prior experience with it was in Milan, and it was outstanding. Internet research pretty much confirms that the issue is here in the US.
