Not worth the price until the rooms are updated. We booked a suite with a foldout sofa, but the sofa mattress was so disgusting that we ended up using the couch cushions on the floor as a bed. They charge a $50 deposit in case of damage. I actually believe $50 is the total value of everything in the room given the state of it. The room did appear clean, but the disrepair of everything in the room gives the impression that it is not clean. The only redeeming quality is the free breakfast, but even that is below average.

I'll give it one star because the Internet is the worst thing, there is no internet and in order to rest and entertain yourself you want to watch movies and series on Netflix Latin, there are many platforms that you want to entertain yourself with, but the internet here is terrible and for the price that one pays for each night in that hotel, they should improve that.

Great value for the room quality, amenities and the park and ride service. We dropped our car off in the parking lot, got on the shuttle bus that took us directly to the airport and dropped us off at the front door, returned 10 days later, got picked up by the shuttle bus at the front door of the airport and brought back to the hotel. Stayed the night and had an excellent breakfast in the lobby the next morning. All for the same price as it would have been to leave our car in the long-term parking lot at O'Hare and having to walk a long distance both ways before and after our flights carrying all of our luggage. If you've never tried the park and ride and you do the next time, you'll never do it any other way.
Rooms: Suite with a large living room and large bedroom with a king.
Food & drinks: Great breakfast included and a really nice restaurant in the parking lot in front of the hotel.

I'm disappointed that they didn't answer the phone for over an hour, and there was no shuttle service available. Their procedure for booking a shuttle service through their website in advance seems odd. However, everything else was fine and good.

Although the room is a little bit old but the space is big, room rate is okay and the location is convenient for food.

Was there for a bride "getting ready" session. Rooms are a bit small but it was clean, we had 2 rooms.both Didn't have enough light. Acouple lamps but weren't bright enough. They had darker wall paint colors.

Seems cheap until they charge you $20 just for parking, then there is a lot of trouble in the parking lot with people messing with you/your vehicle based on your looks and ethnicity.
Lots of nasty hair in the bath, clearly hadn't been properly cleaned. Stains on the bed sheets. Stinks like smoke here too.
Pizza place was the only good part.

They send you a welcome text message and ask if there's anything we can assist you with or if you have any special requests, simply reply to this message. Your comfort is our priority. But they never reply back. I am travelling with my 6 months old baby and the room is not in a good shape. Almost everything is outdated - Tv, beds, walls paints. Walls are blue in which you will never love to sit. I replied immediately to the welcome message but no response.

rooms have dirty floors. one day barefoot on the carpet in my room- feet were black. gross.

We stayed one night with my wife. Very efficient and free shuttle bus service from the airport to the hotel and vice versa in 5 minutes, very close to O'Hare airport. Varied and included breakfast. Many thanks to Jennifer for her attention and kindness at reception. 100% recommended

No one there to pick us up from airport. Kept getting put on hold when we called to even book the shuttle. Every other hotel in the area had shuttles there. Sat at airport for way too long then had to take a taxi and pay for it. Then they know people use this hotel for overnight layovers or early flights and they don’t even do the free breakfast until 7am some days when we had to leave at 6am to check in on time. Other hotels in the area have 5am breakfast start times for that reason. Will never go here again solely based off of no one ever answering the phone and the crap shuttle service. The next morning the guy was also late to pick us up for the airport shuttle then too!
