Took my daughter yesterday to open up a high school checking account. We had Caleb helping us and it was a smooth easy process he did a great job explaining everything to my daughter, his customer service and patience was great, Overall, a good experience.

I want to thank this Chase branch for always supporting businesses. I get change here all the time as I work at a store that is always needing coins. Have never had a problem here and don't think I will in the future. The tellers are very friendly here. Thank you all for a very pleasant experience.

Employees are not competent at all! I ordered a debit card a couple of months ago, signed a bunch of papers, it still hasn't arrived, I asked why they say I didn't order anything!

I hate having to play the race card but I will call it as I see it. So my employer pays me today and their check is drawn on Chase Bank. Its a healthy financial company so the money is good. Fast forward I went to this branch to present the check and in turn cash it and deposit the entire check into my landlord's account which is also drawn on Chase and what the landlord wants. So, money comes to me.They needed both my Driver's License and a debit card from another bank as identity. Then they asked for my SS card. Ok, I comply then the teller states your name popped up and I need an override. She leaves comes bank and says the manager wouldn't approve the override no reasons given and that I have to take the check elsewhere.Now I am the only black guy there and she was loud and kind of made me feel like a criminal. Maybe it was because of an issue I had with them over 7 years ago while going through a divorce and my account was wiped and left under $100 negative. Would that cause them to not honor the check along with race? I never feel welcomed in that location and the ATMS are hardly ever working. IDK Chase needs to be closed with all the discrimination that occurs and just normal operations going awry.They won't ever learn their lesson from all the discrimination lawsuits and so on. I am sending this complaint over to HQ to see if that makes a difference. (Probably Not)

Went in there for a notary signature, and I waited 45 min to find out that the person working there forgot the stamp. I miss my branch in Belmont and Cumberland. Never had an issue there, but they closed it.

Why have a place to scan your card to get into the building to use the automated teller when it doesn’t work? What’s the purpose of being a bank when you have no money in your atms. Do better Chase.

They need to fix that stupid door lock. It's been inoperative for over half a year now. People try to get in to avoid the long lines at the drive through since usually there's always one atm machine down also. Now you have ridiculously long line in the parking lot and a bunch of people wasting their time trying to get in the bank, out in the cold.
