Big shout out to Gina. I ordered a scoop coater and it came in bent (it was well packaged so?). She sent another. This one came bent also (again well packaged so delivery guys are rough on my packages?). She went down to the warehouse, verified the 3rd scoop coater was not bent, made sure it was packaged with lots of bubble wrap, and shipped it out again. It made it unharmed this time. Great customer service, I would love to have a Gina helping my customers!

We had some problems last week that stuck us with refunding a customer $300 bucks but Chris at Atlas came thru and we got it all fixed, we have used Atlas for years and we hope to still use them in the future.

Ordered a gallon of black ink that came bad and dried out and damaged, Alex told me he would ship out another gallon and make it right.They did not ship another gallon, I called a week later and he said "you have my word another will go out". Here it is 5 days later and when I spoke with him they still have not shipped it.Customer now wants a refund and in out the $305 AND the gallon of ink.We have used atlas a few years but that all changes today.

Didn’t see any tracking info days after I placed the order so called to see if it shipped. It not only didn’t ship it was back ordered but no one called or emailed us to notify us of this. Then Dan Gayton said they had a smaller quantity which would have held us over till the back order arrived but he wasn’t willing to overnight it. If some one just notified us it was back ordered we could have ordered else where now we have multiple orders that will be late to our clients. I will take care of my clients even thought Atlas doesn’t care about theirs.
